Best ice cream, period. The wait staff was kind and courteous.

When we arrived there were 2 parties in front of us and one girl behind the counter running everything. She did a great job of getting the orders out and we enjoyed our ice cream. I wish they would have had more sherbet offers and I enjoyed the Key Lime Pie I got instead. My daughter and her son enjoyed their cake batter (too sweet for me!).

I've been in Atlanta 14 years, and had never visited Bruster's! A friend had posted on Facebook that they had awesome dairy-free butter pecan and I'm cutting back, so l was craving that...this was my very 1st time ever going there, but they didn't have the dairy free. That's my only reason for not giving them 5 stars.I got regular instead, and it was very, very good! ?

I go to Busters a lot, mainly with grandchildren. A week ago, one teenager worker there laid his head down to take a nap while there were 8 or more people in line. I woke him up. He said he was “tired”. He missed up all three of our orders. Went another time in last week and store was closed 15 minutes early. This young man needs supervision or should be fired.

You have to try their signature tutti frutti ice cream. Be warned, there will be a line. This place is so worth the wait.

Had an excellent experience with one lady named Mk last night. She was so nice and polite! She made my day!

While in Savannah we had to try this place due to the history of it. Going in the evenings the wait times are around an hr to 90min. We didnt have time to wait that night so we went to Ben and Jerrys. We went...

No flavor. Chocolate was bland. Very nice staff however.

For the second time, this location has messed up my cake order twice. Won’t be back here for anything again.

I never write reviews but my experience was terrible. I was in the area and I remembered that brusters serves free doggy sundaes and I had my dog with me so I figured I would swing by to get him a treat. The person taking my order was a kid who looked to be in highschool with freckles. When it was my turn to order I asked for the doggy sundae and the response I got was a big scoff and “seriously?! That’s it?” He then let out a groan and a huge sigh as he grabbed the cup and threw his hands in the air when walking to go get it. I said thank you and have a good one and nothing was said back. Normally I have great experiences here but this was just terrible.
