Good food. The guy at the drive-thru was very nice!
Honestly...the people who work here are so awesome. They are very genuine human beings and even if they are stressed because of a rush, this team knows how to make you feel welcome anyway. They get through the times when the system may be down or the computers restart as if there was no issue in the first place. You guys rock and I LOVED my dinner. Both the food, and the people serving me, made my day better. And it made a difference. ? this arbys is my favorite! BY FAR!
I had to repeat my order FOUR times in the drive through because either she couldn’t hear me or y’all’s intercom system is outdated. She still got my order wrong. I would have complained on the website but she refused to give me a receipt since their one machine was down (which the internet is telling me is illegal). I was supposed to be reimbursed for this order and now that’s not possible.
Arby's is great. The only problem is they never want to give you enough sauce it's like you got to arm wrestle them or something to get some extra sauce. At least they don't charge for it.
Crew was frendly and diligent with filling my order. Stopped at this location based on them being open for inside ordering. Store was clean. My order was correct and they even made sure I knew which shake was which as the two were slightly differnt in color.
Oh, sweet Arby! Great place for a sugar craving. Friendly, fast, employees. $1.00 for a snack shake 2 to 5. Mint chocolate...mmmm, mmmm good, hits the spot while only hitting one quarter of a hip. ...
The last few times I have been here, my food is either overcooked (boneless wings hard as a brick) or under cooked (chicken and fries). Not sure what has happened that the food is not being cooked properly but hopefully this review will get it back ok on track
Well, I ordered a chicken ranch sandwich and received a cold chicken tender a dab of ranch 3 mini bacon sandwich. Very disappointed about the food, service is polite. Unfortunately, this is why I stopped going to Arby', their food quality has taken a major nose dive. Sad, very sad!!
Food was great but customer service is definitely not where it needs to be with Jessica. I had two people in my vehicle and I had ordered two combo meals with drinks and I added on two additional shakes. She had interrupted me several times when placing my order by asking “anything else” as if it was an inconvenience for her. I currently manage in fast food and this is not the type of attitude that will have guests come back. I understand staff shortage in every fast food industry right now but please learn to respect every guest as they will respect and give you patients in return.
One of the better Arby's. No Arby's on the planet deserves 5 stars, but this one is a solid 4. The food is generally pretty fresh, the serving sizes are adequate & the staff is usually efficient & courteous. I have no complaints. Thanks!
