We have been coming here for years, kind of our go to Italian but no more. Our waitress sat at a table and didn’t bring us our food until I went and asked for it as we could see it had been sitting for 10 to 15 minutes. I just don’t get it, you have one job, take order bring food. Why would you sit down at a table and not ask someone to cover your section?

Michelle is fantastic!! She has an outstanding personality and always makes you feel welcome. She consistently goes above and beyond! The food is also consistently good. Ilove the new thickness of the zucchini fries. So happy Michelle is there and making sure everyone is happy and comfortable. She is an absolute asset to Allessio’s. Thank you, Michelle for always being so kind and doing such a great and professional job.

Lately. I've had more misses than hits with this place. I ordered a veggie pizza. Hardly any flavor in the cheese or marinara sauce. Taste and topping quality was not up to par. In the past I would visit in spells. Now, it's official. I will not return.

Stopped in for dinner with my 2 guests and we're immediately greeted and served. The menu offers more than just pizza, in fact not one of us ordered pizza, but the pasta entrees we're quite good! With the ability to add meats and change sauces the menu was substantially more diverse than a casual glance would suggest. The food is very good and the service is as well! With the lack of quality Italian eateries in the Roswell area, this is my favorite with both quality and consistency!!

I am updating my review to 5 stars! My previous review is underneath. My family and I ordered from Alessio's tonight and the pizzas were perfect. I want to thank all of the staff for following up with me and listening to my feedback.I will ill start by saying I never do public reviews, but I could not find an easy way to send you feedback on your website. I moved to town 3 years ago and was happy to find this place and your near perfect delicious NY style pizzas. Over the past, at least 6 months, quality has gone WAY down hill. Pizzas now are too thick, crust is 3 inches wide without toppings, and far underdone, to the point that my pizzas tonight had raw dough in the enormous crust. Also, my wings were very dry from being overcooked and were all drum pieces without any heads up. I feel fine paying a premium when quality is there, but it is a bad feeling when you know you will most likely get much better consistency at another place. Please rectify this. I don't want to have to drive to Alpharetta for decent pizza.

Awesome service! Excellent food and even better Buffalo chicken pizza!!!! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a 5 star meal!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

EXCELLENT SICILIAN PIZZA!!!! We ordered dinner for a large group and had it delivered by a third party. This was my first time eating here and we all, kids included, were pleased with our meals. I agree with other reviewers that the garlic knots were pretty bland from a garlic standpoint but I tend to like them with a lot of butter and minced garlic so I may be biased on this point. That being said, the entire reason for this review was their Sicilian pizza. This was probably the most tasty, perfectly cooked Sicilian pizza I have ever had the pleasure of eating and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking for that type of pie. Well done Chef!

Been there a few times since we moved to the area and love it. Staff is super nice and friendly and food is always great. Pasta a la Linda and the lasagna are super. Love the sauce, it's fantastic. Looking forward to trying new items but those two dishes are so good I keep ordering the same. Pizza is awesome too. Thanks guys!

There was a really long wait for our food. Our waitress indicated it was because the kitchen was backed up due to a large number of to-go orders. My question to this owner - do you value your regular dine-in customers? I was served a warm pizza - it had obviously been sitting while our other orders were completed. The pizza was put back in the oven and I was comp'd for the inconvenience. If you're going to prioritize to-go customers, just stop serving dine-in. We love Alessio's as a great neighborhood restaurant, but not in its current form.

We absolutely love coming on Tuesdays for trivia night. Nathan goes above and beyond every week to keep things running smoothly. He never stands still. He (by far) is what keeps that place running.
