Sign says dining room open ,we go in two girls behind the counter working drive thru . We decide what we want and wait. One girl yells for someone to come take counter orders. By this time we've waited 8 minutes. No one else inside eating. After another wait I ask if we needed to go somewhere else and the black girl says " Martin, you better get somebody to come take counter orders cause this ones got a smart mouth ".. excuse me... wont be back and corporate gas been made aware.
**edit to add, the store manager called me this morning to express his apologies and to assure me that he would address this situation with those staff members.** The service at this store is horrible! The servers were rude, laughing so much over the speaker that they couldn’t even understand our order. Then told us we didn’t know what we were talking about. Seriously, teach your workers some manners!
Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. It was taking 25 to 30 minutes to get a order of chicken strips and fries. I thought it was just me but every customer was just as upset as we were. Real nice staff just no idea what they were doing.
I got a ten piece chicken finger to take to my cabin . It’s a forty five minute drive. I took the food in and they tasted like they had been over cooked. I ate one and tried to get my cat to eat one, but it was too tough for him. If I hadn’t been so far away I would have taken them back. I’ll be checking from now on. I really have grown to except good chicken, because you know it isn’t cheap.
I eat here at this Zaxby's quite a bit because it's close to my work. I had to give a big high five to the cooks today, my fries were done, the chicken hot but not overcooked. Kudos to the staff there today.
I went there two nights ago for take home dinner. I didn't think I was going to get waited on. The lady was talking to another employee that was going home. I stood there for at least ten minutes before she asked what I wanted. She knew I was standing there but her conversation was more important than me getting my food.
The drive thru has the longest wait time ever. It literally took 30 mins to order and get my food! It always took long at that zaxbys but 30 mins is ridiculous!
So the food and everything came out fine but when they forgot the drink we turned back and told them they forgot the Dr Pepper and then they asked us once more what did you get, I said Dr Pepper. They gave us SPRITE. After telling them 2 times in a 20 second time range. It even says it on the receipt.
The staff is so friendly and all smiles! I wish I had took note of their names. The chicken nibblerz didn't disappoint and were freshly made. Food was received quickly and exactly as ordered.
Food 8s always half and half. Sometimes it's good and others not so much, their salads are really good at this location
