Very pleased with the staff at Zaxby's March 15th! Drive thru worker was very courteous, and the food was fast and fresh (and correct). My family loves Zaxby's, and I used to dread going through there to pick up food for them
I ordered a Cobb zalad and fries the salad was mediocre and the fries were terrible I can tell the oil is old because the fries are discolored and the toast was hard as a brick. I'm not really sure how somebody could pay their money and this food pass by all their employees as ok to serve a customer zaxbys on martha berry do better because this is pathetic.
My husband and I had went in to eat and noticed that the floor was very slick with like grease in the mop that made it extra slick. We have ate there a lot inside and have never had this problem. Also after we got through eating I went up to the cashier at the counter and asked her why it was so slick. This is not a wet from just mopping but a very slick greasy feeling walking on the floor. Their was a couple that was walking across the floor and noticed it too. The young black cashier in a blue shirt is short and she talked smart to me in front of them and a couple of other people too. She said you didn’t fall did you. Then the white girl in red shirt started laughing . She said we did y’all a favor letting you come in. We don’t have to open the door to let you come in. That’s how she said it and continued talking smart to us on front of customers. And the other lady facing the ones behind the window where your order gets put up was thinking it was funny. I am reporting them to the manager in the morning.
First off if slow was a starting speed they where just under slow.. then when they brought my food to me it was the wrong order... but this is the story with all fast food it seems
The girl standing outside with the glasses who took my order didn’t say anything to us when we pulled up. she just stared blankly at us. it was a good 5 seconds of silence until i had to speak AT her and tell her my order. definitely the rudest worker i have met anywhere.
Went here (11/16) & had several different orders so they let us come inside to order. It took forever to get our food & when we got it the toast was hard and had the tiniest pieces of chicken. Do better Zaxby's.
We got our food through DoorDash. It was wrong and cold. I went to Zaxby's and the manager gave me a replacement that was freshly made at no charge. Much better the second time.
Amazing customer service and great management Jamira was so respectful to staff directing orders even under pressure top notch best experience I’ve had!

took 30 minutes to get my food through the drive thru, just for them to mess up my order and not give me the chicken i ordered, nor any zax sauce when the meal came with it
