Girl at the window was rude , even when I asked for TWO more zax sauce seemed like there was a problem. She most definitely should not be working at a fast food restaurant with attitude or not work at all. I called several times and seems like nobody has paid the phone either nobody picked up.
Amazing... WHEN the food you ordered in right.. fries often have ZERO seasoning, and wet chicken is often dry (not en9ugh sauce) by the time you get home with your food
5 out of 6 fast food orders were not mine. Check your bag before leaving window. Dangerous traffic entrance line.
First experience with Zaxby's and I must say that I was very impressed with the food. Nice change from a burger. Chicken was nice and crispy as well as moist. Service could have been better at this particular restaurant but will definitely try again..
I can tell this place is under new management, a whole different store than 2 months ago. Keep it up!
I usually enjoy my meals at Zaxbys but last night I was very dissatisfied. I ordered the 5 piece chicken dinner & the chicken was overcooked or maybe sitting out too long, because it was hard & dry. Also, I was told when I reached the window that they had just taken the tea to the back so could I choose a different refreshment. That was disappointing!
For the most part they stay on point, and the food is ALWAYS hot n fresh!! They have good employees too that are extremely helpful and knowledgeable!!!
Looking for the worst food experience in town? Stop by zaxbys where they'll screw your order up every single time while making you wait 30 minutes for fast food. Don't bother placing a mobile order either, they'll leave you outside the locked door for 10 minutes while you observe your food sitting on the counter. AVOID THIS PLACE, THEY DON"T DESERVE THE BUSINESS. Not even 1 star worthy.
The food is great. Bt they truly need a new location bc u can sit in line for 10 mins or longer trying to order ur food. Not to mention how dangerous it is on Turner McCall Blvd, bc ur waiting to get in their parking lot.
