They have redeemed themselves pretty well. I love the wings. The thigh bites leave a little to be desired. The fries are amazing also. 7-15, super fast and friendly service, and amazing food!
I will say the food is decent. Severely Understaffed which in this era understandable. The thing that grossed me out completely was that I saw no use of gloves while preparing the food and the cleanliness of the place was not good. Saw one employee lick their finger after preparing someone’s wings… So take with that as you will.
I’m sending all my friends here I had a DoorDash that stole my food and I couldn’t even get a refund and they made me a new order. Hands down recommend them they truly care about their customers ! I’ve never had their food before but I’ll be sure to update when I pick up my food and try it.
We were there yesterday May 21,2022, for 2birthdays in our family. The workers were all so friendly and the manager went out of her way to be helpful and super nice. She slid tables together so we could all sit together. When get was time for birthday cake we gladly shared with what workers wanted some. Wonderful time for all. Thank you again for being so sweet to us. And the food was good too.
Slow! Is an understatement. And all they are doing is playing around and talking. There is one guy back there that has worked the entire time I've been sitting here. One guy has been asked his name 3 times and is still waiting for his order. I get it food is cooked to order, but this is ridiculous! If the whole team would do their jobs it wouldn't take 45 mins to get 2 medium orders and 3 guys just walked in and placed an order and got their orders before me. There was only 3 people in front of me when I came in. I came in and placed my order at 9:18 and this review was finished at 10:08!
Worst operation I have ever seen. Zero customer service skills. Don’t eat here, you will be very disappointed. If you do, expect extremely long wait times. Oh, and they will either be out of bags, ranch, tenders or something.
The night shift manager was extremely rude to his employees tonight. Berating them infront of customers, talking down to the employees, just outright rude. I would've walked out and made him close that store by himself. 2 stars because the employees were sooo sweet. They don't deserve that and the manager needs to be fired.
I've read all the negative reviews but fortunately I've never experienced anything mentioned in those reviews. I have ordered online and gone in to pick up and wait maybe 5 minutes! I'm disabled, walk with a cane and they always offer to help me to my car or just grab my order and carry it out for me! I worked in retail management for many years and this is probably some of the best customer service I've experienced in Rome! Keep up the great work and thank you
I had a pickup order tonight for my family and I was appalled at the condition of the workers in the kitchen. No gloves or hairnets in sight. I work at a food manufacturer (Wingstop is one of our customers too) and if we go onto the plant floor without our PPE (hairnet and gloves are part of what's required) you wouldn't be there anymore. Health inspector will probably visit very soon and when they do, this place might get shutdown unless things change.Food wasn't great either - over salted fries and the wings are nothing to write home about. I can make both better at home in my air fryer and/or on the grill.
Food is great but the incompetence of the crew RUINS this place. I placed an online order and have been sitting for nearly 40 minutes, when told online to show up within 20/30 minutes and it would be ready. So I killed 30 minutes, came to get my food and I am still waiting. This happens every time I come here. Fire them all and start over.After an HOUR, AN HOUR THE MANAGER JUST CAME OUT. This place should be shut down at this point. The workers are useless
