Cedartown store night shift is lazy! If you go after ten they tell you they are out of things and they are really not! Last night as I pulled to the speaker, the whole crew was getting into someone's car, I believe they might've been smoking, made me wait several minutes before they even came over the speaker. I ordered, got ready to pull around and they quickly come back over the speaker to say, "Oh we don't have either" I just pulled off. Never have this problem during the day, always night shift.
First of all it was semi busy(after the lunch rush) I had a $35 dollar order for my family. The cashier was really confused and didn't even know what was ordered, she had our drinks(5) and didn't even offer a cup holder. All the meat was dry and cold, nuggets was cold, and the special sandwich had the Jr meat and looked like they scraped the French onion off( which I asked to leave off) but the sauce and cheese also was scraped off, the bacon was old and one piece that was fused together with another one.. And when I went to speak with someone the doors where locked. They where all standing around laughing and cutting up. Save your money and the frustration and go somewhere else.
30 minutes in line and came out with slightly warm food, no straws for our drinks and no bacon on my fiancée's Jr. BACON Cheeseburger. I would have thought that over the years this franchisee would have gotten their restaurant together but it is still a train wreck. If Gordon Ramsay visited fast food restaurants I would be willing to bet that even he couldn't make it through turning this one around. This is the kind of restaurant that you make sure to tell your friends and family about, but only as a warning not to go there.
I've given up on this location. Too many experiences of extremely slow service and giving me the wrong products at the drive thru.The last time I went inside there was ketchup all over the floor. I mentioned this to the person at the counter and it was still there as I left.I understand that there are tough times, but there are other locations almost as close.
We enjoyed a drive-thru experience here during lunch time. They seem to have a promotion going on that guarantees fresh crispy fries! And I will say, our fries were hot and crispy! The service was about what you'd expect from a fast food location but it was nothing to be upset about! Happy I got to enjoy lunch here.
Had an issue with a worker. and malik who was the night shift manager came through and helped diffuse the situation. He was very caring attentive and friendly. He is an awesome manager. He turned a bad situation into a positive. Today's society needs more people like malik.
Stopped here on the evening of 3/6/22 after ordering and paying for my order using the mobile app. The drive thru line was excruciatingly slow and the female taking drive thru orders was very rude and not helpful at all. They didn't have my order in their system and, after confirming I was at the right location, told me they have nothing to do with the app so they couldn't help me. It's the Wendy's app, not third party, so either this employee has not been trained correctly or just doesn't care. Also, when I first pulled up, she read off a laundry list of all the things they didn't have, including fries and most of their drinks. Overall, they were slow, unprofesssional, and I suspect lazy. It may just be this particular shift at this location, but the experience was so bad I will never return. I ended up going to the Sonic across the street, which was fast, friendly, professional, and not out of everything. If I want Wendy's, I will go to the one on the opposite side of town (1700 Turner McCall Blvd) which offers everything this location doesn't. Management should probably visit that location and take some notes.
a bunch of my bowling league friends go out to lunch after we bowl. The Mgr brought us all free Jr Frostys to our table! Very nice of her! Thanks from some of the Wednesday Morning Sunrisers!
NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF IRRESPONSIBLE PPL/CHILDREN WORKING UP THERE THAT DONT KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING!!! COLD FRIES AND SANDWICH MADE WRONG!!! WENDY'S ON SHORTER AVE. ROME GA GET IT TOGETHER!!!!!!!!!
The food was great, slow, but they had employees training. I will go back.
