We ordered three burgers we only got one burger right to are missing the meat and they said their sandwich maker it’s been there 15 years
This Wendy's terrible, Go to the one in East Rome. This Wendy's will be randomly closed, or open. Their system will be down and they won't be taking orders. I'm only giving them 3 stars because when they are open you can get food. Not fresh food unless you ask for it fresh. I go and ask for everything fresh and wait usually. East Rome location won't let you down as much.
This locations night shift is made up of the most RUDE people in rome and there frosty machine is always off early . . . the last 3 times i have been the frosty machine was off early so i say no problem its no big deal . . so i go tonight and again the machine has already been cleaned for the night and its still over an hour till closing time . . .i get it that the machine has to be cleaned and the staff wants to go home when they close but wendys is kinda known for its frostys so i saod wow you guys are beging to be like macdonald's and i was told well there are other places i could go eat if i didnt like it so i done just that and will never spend another dime of my money there
Food was very good. Hot and fresh. The person at the drive thru not friendly and was hard to understand.
I remember it like it was yesterday.....probably because it was. My tummy was giving me the rumblies the type of which only fresh hand sliced veggies on top of never frozen all American beef patties would be able to satify. It was then that off in the distance a faint glimmer of hope appeared on the horizon. The fabled "Wendy's" sign. I had heard only legends of its existence, but all legends are based in truth and this was no exception. With in minutes I had my order. My hamburger and hot fresh fries were so delicious . that words can not properly convey what it was like. It would be like describing a kaleidoscope to a blind man. It would be Impossible to do so.I woke up several hours later having passed out from over exposure to pure awesomeness with my tummy fully satisfied. Thank you Wendy's you truly are the stuff legends are made of.
Husband said that the chicken, bacon, ranch and Asiago (grilled) was the best grilled chicken he has had in a long time.
I went thru the drive thru and got my mom the $5.00 bag and I got a kids meal with chicken nuggets, the food was subpar, I think all restaurants need additional classes in customer service!
Completely satisfied. One of the best burgers. See you soon. Staff were courteous.
At first some of the people were rude but it looks like they are getting better definitely much nicer and awesome food
Me and my grandma where at mavis discount tires and we walked over to wendys to get some breakfast but their lobby doors are locked with no signs about when it opens. The drive thru is open and google maps says its open too but no way for someone not in a car to order food...absolutely ridiculous it is 32° outside and we walked here....
