The last 2 times I've tried to eat here no one took my order. Today I waited at the drive thru for 5 minutes and once the screen started showing orders being rung in I thought box was broken so I drove upto the window and explained I had not ordered yet. The worker told me to drive back around and order. I'd already waited 20 minutes so I went next door to Krystal. Where I was greeted immediately when I got into drive thru and told there was a small wait. Total time at Krystal was 10 minutes.
Absolutely check your food before leaving the drive thru line. Lobby is closed/opened randomly so you'll have to wait thru the drive thru line again.
We stopped by Wendy's for a chicken sandwich. We ordered the combos to get our hands on those amazing Wendy's french fries ?
It depends on what employees are working as to how good the food and service are. Hit and miss is all I can say
Went through drive thru had 2 different orders 8n same car they was cool went fast food was ready time I got to the window food was fresh and hot very good
Terrible service and soggy fries, plus they left out my nuggets, just terrible and i haven't been back and i won't go back.
I rarely review fast food places simply because most are absolutely terrible in every way. Tonight I was more than pleasantly surprised so I had to give credit where credits is due.What used to be expected - service with a smile, hot, fresh food, cleanliness - is no longer the norm. Most fast food employees are super rude. Most fast food joints are filthy. And most fast food is terrible.Not so at this Wendy’s. Both employees in the drive thru were pleasant, smiling, and just an overall joy to interact with. That alone would garner a return visit these days. But the burgers and fries were the best I’ve had from Wendy’s IN YEARS. And I’m not exaggerating. Piping hot, prepared EXACTLY as I requested, and absolutely delicious.Cannot brag on the overall experience tonight enough. Well done.I know this may sound crazy. But sometimes it’s the little things that give one hope for the world.
Never really had any issues for this location. Food usually comes out fine without errors and customer service is mostly good.
Make up your mind either you keep the dining room open or just keep it closed until you can keep it open
The best part about this visit the cashier on duty was great and friendly, green hair and all.
