Me and my wife walked into Waffle House and got greeted, and was handed our silverware as well as our menus as normal. But I saw the silverware didn’t look all to clean so I grabbed and napkin and started to wipe it down and I wiped down both of our silverware we were handed and there was a brown “ketchupy” color on my napkin after I wiped them.
Phone call order.asked specifically no onions on my texas cheesesteak sandwich reconfirmed on the call no onions on the sandwich..got to store and was asked if i needed mayo n i said no that i was good as long that my sandwich didnt have onions on it she said they were no onions on it.with the cook standing right beside.paid and tiped $3 got home to a ton onions on the sandwich

I've came here since 2003 this location. The environment hasnt changed. Now I take my kids. Hands down will always love this place. Always friendly environment & brings a smile to your face. Price is always decent & food is amazing and filling. Fast service. I dont consider it a greasy spoon place. I bring the whole family lol
This is my favorite Waffle House. Always great service and great food.
My grandson and I stopped for lunch. The waitresses were so sweet and polite. Our food was good and the service was great., but the manager was awful and not very professional. The was jumping one of the waitresses for being late this morning but she did it in front of the customers and the other employees. When the waitress tried to explain why she was late the manager repeatedly said that's not my problem, she just kept getting louder. The waitress was just about in tears, it even bothered me to the point that I wanted to say something to her but I didn't.
My grandson and I stopped in to eat lunch, the service was great and the food was good. As we were finishing our food, I heard somebody raising their voice,it was the manager jumping on one of the waitresses for being late this morning and when the waitress tried to explain why, the manager getting louder each time she repeatedly said that it's not my problem. The waitress looked like she was on the verge of tears ,it was very upsetting ?
We stopped by because hours said open full service. Got out of the car to be told Togo only because they only had 3 employees even though there were at least 6 sitting smoking to tell us this and had their friends hanging out with them. Please update your information if you can't accommodate. I get things are rough I have been there I worked in food for years and would not allow employees sitting smoking for customers to see and say we are too short staffed.
They was short staff and my order was cooked fast...BUT the rudeness of one of the waitress was un called for. Will not be returning to that location.
