I was really disappointed in this place. First time in there since reopening after rebuild. It is already run down and worn. It is no where near as welcoming as the dwarf house was. Cookie cutter generic box . Half of dining area was closed off. They tore down the old one and sucked all the life and character out of the place. Will not be back. Food was so so. Dine in experience was not good. Menu was definitely lacking . Way over priced for what you got.
Drive thru is a fight. Cars that order behind you in the other lane race ahead of you, which only backs of the pickup lane even more. So we started ordering on the app & going inside to pickup. Doing this takes even longer because while I'm waiting on my order, they will fill drive thru orders before people inside. Sat 25 min today, waiting for my pickup order.
First time we'd dined in the full service section since the remodel. Fewer items on the menu. Was hoping to get the Chicken Pot Pie, but it was not to be. Wife was still able to get the Hot Brown, though. Our booth had crumbs in the seat :( and the back area is sectioned off and evidently being used as storage, which kinda looks dumpy for a newly remodeled restaurant. Staff was super friendly though.
Chick-fil-A is going to be good everywhere but the dine in service and attention to detail here is exceptional!
Beautiful restaurant! All the things folks love about Chick-Fil-A with a full service chicken bar and plenty of Truett Cathy themed merchandise. Very well-maintained and a great stop in Rome.
Chick-fil-A is by far the most coordinated restaurant in the country at this time. I am so impressed with their system of delivering food it's not funny. And the most Professional staff that you can encounter.Other restaurant's should follow their example.
My mom does not speak perfect English, but that is not a cause to be RUDE. This has happened multiple times. They have claimed that she didn’t order things when she did. Not to mention it’s one thing to miscommunicate it’s another to be rude.
Very polite and kind employees with quick service! The food was delicious! The waffle fries were especially crisp and hot! Can't wait to go again!
We love Chick-fil-A as a whole but this store felt special somehow. Historic even. Practically perfect in every way--great food, terrific and friendly service, exemplary in every way
Great place to eat but dress nice or get looks from everyone. Homeless meals available for anyone who is hungry and needs something to eat. Manager Brad will help you to his fullest and hurt you with the most loyal and kindness I prefer going there even when it was homeless
