The food was great. Service was just good. The steak was cooked just right. Had to ask multiple times for rolls but the place was packed and we understood the demand. My drink was never empty though so that's always a plus.
My steak was cooked perfectly just the way I wanted it ! Love getting a chance to eat here! Wasn't too crowded when we were here. Thanks again and we'll see you soon.
Texas roadhouse in Rome GA is the best restaurant you could imagine, Reed the waitress is phenomenal and so beautiful and kind, she absolutely was a pleasure to have serving us. Can't wait to be able to afford to go again. Y'all have to give it a go. Robert Ponder
We had a great time! There were about 30 of us for a post High School graduation party. We had one server, he was outstanding! Never, not one time did our drinks run out, he kept an endless supply of bread & butter coming, and very efficient with filling our meal orders. And this is not the first time I've had outstanding service there. Texas Roadhouse in Rome, GA is the place to be for some great food, very efficient and courteous wait staff, and high class service!
This was my second time. Both times steak was overcooked. Ordered medium well and it came out well done and tough. Lots of fat on the ribeye steak. Very pricey for the food that was served. It appeared The appetizers were all deep fried and greasy.
We have been a few times since they opened and we always get good service and the waitresses have been awesome with our 6 year old grandson.
2nd visit . After waiting 40min on a 15-20min wait (wait-list on line). Went in an talk to hostess an waited 5min for table. I don't get it. Staff was ok. Food ??♂️ we pride ourselves on our ribs (sorry we are out of ribs) stayed away from the steak after last time. Settled for a burger?. Friend with me got a half raw baked sweet potato (not edible). Burger was good tho... give it another try in 6 months/year.
A lot of food, but... The salads were great. I had chicken critters with ribs and steak fries. The ribs were okay, a little well done, I have had better. The fried chicken tenders were tasty but had a spicy flavor that some may not like. The steak fries were soggy and not crisp. Drinks are a little expensive at $3 for a coke. Our total bill for lunch with tip was $50.
The food was awesome! The service was awesome as well. Our server, Sarah, was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back soon?
Food was good, but it's ridiculous that they reserve so many tables for call ahead seating. We had to wait 45 minutes to sit down when there was over 10 tables empty. Issue needs some attention
