This Taco Bell's Mountain Dew® Baja Blast™ Freeze is always down which makes no sense. It seems like everytime we go there it's out and we have to wait in a long line just to exist. Today we went by there after i got off of work & we was told the machine was down and on defrost. So i got a pepsi instead. I quess they heard what i said and gave me the drink for free but was being rush when my spouse asked why was their machine always. Like rushing us and giving us a free drink was going to help the matter. No it didn't because we came there simply for a large Mountain Dew Baja Blast inwhich we do all the time. And believe me I came home and did just what I said I was going to do. Which was give this store a bad review because it truly lacks in delivering good quality customer service. We shouldn't have to drive all the way to Turner McCall or Shorter Avenue just for an icy and to receive good customer service when we live in Armuchee.

Pulled in to adjacent parking lot pulling a boat. 1pm on a Saturday. Employee locked the door as I approached and told me that they were closing the dining room. I told them that I was pulling a boat, couldn't use the drive thru and just wanted carry out... Employee shrugged. Another patron opened the door for me so I was able to order my food. Food was quick and good.There were 4 employees outback and 4-5 inside, so it wasn't staffing, at least at that point. Dine in only had 2 customers seated. Using Covid and staffing as an excuse for poor customer service is getting old.
It was pretty good. They forgot to give me a burrito and I had to go inside and ask for one. They were really nice and gave it me.
They are quick, accurate, and serve fresh food. Love this place

Visited the drive thru the other night. As always the staff were very friendly and helpful. Part of the order was incorrectly processed but they were excellent about fixing it quickly and making it right! However, the food itself was not very tasty this time around. Even more concerning was the appearance. It all looked like leftovers' from someone elses' meals, smaller portions, messy, greasy and quite unappetizing. These pictures are accurately portraying how our food looked, straight out of the bag. We have especially never seen the nacho cheese in that ridiculous of a state. It was literally less than half full. I believe this was the first time I ever had to actually eat a crunchy taco supreme with a fork. Thanks so much.
The Armuchee location is the worst of Rome GA. Everytime I order there is a problem. I paid extra for steak and got the complete opposite. The original grilled cheese burrito doesn’t even have chicken so why the hell did I even end up with chicken???
The food was good but the service kind of sucked. The lady taking our payment seemed to forget our order and we had to remind her that we still needed to pay.
