The last two times I have been to this subway location I have been pleasantly surprised.About a year ago the subway workers were rude and everytime did my online order wrong. When I received subway coupons in the mail I figured I’d give them a shot again. 4/2/2022 I came into the store around 1pm, it was a Saturday so they were more busy than usual. The three people working had great attitudes towards the customers and towards their coworkers. They were laughing and making everyone feel comfortable. I didn’t get their names but it was 2 boys and 1 girl. They made my three foot longs quickly and perfect! I was really surprised they worked so well between each other. They deserve some special recognition if the manager of this store reads these reviews.2nd visit of the month. Today 4/14/2022. I ordered on the app this time. A foot long turkey with lots of veggies, oil, vinegar and other dressings. The sandwich was made and ready at the time it said it would be on the app. When I went inside the store to pick it up two older ladies were working who greeted me with a happy hello. My food was ready on the show and I told them thank you, they said thank you back. You could just tell it was a positive atmosphere. That’s such a hard thing to be able to have now a days. When I opened my sandwich at home it was neatly made, everything that was supposed to be on it was there, and it wasn’t soggy at all.I’m not a big review leaver but this store has pleasantly surprised me. Good job sandwich artists! You’re much appreciated, keep shining your light!
The employees are nice never act inconvenienced when you're trying to order, unlike some other locations
Store manager Becky Rich refused me service at 1921 Shorter Ave Rome, Ga around 5 ish 2/28/22 after I requested fresh bread. Beginning of my service once she asked what did I like after standing in line for 3-5 minutes. I began to let her know what bread I wanted. She reached for a bread that was sitting out. I asked can I get fresh bread? She continued to try and force me to use a piece a bread that had been sitting out on the counter by the sink where employees wash their hands for I don’t know how long before I walked into the store. I insisted on fresh bread (not being rude), and asked her was it a problem?…as she stares off I asked her if it was coming out of her pocket (me thinking to go through the troubles of getting me fresh bread) because now I’m perturb and confused? Her response I quote she said “it kind of is” after yelling out in front of several other customers “oh my god”! As I waited for her to provide the simple request she wouldn’t and I asked who the manager was? She said so proudly “I am” she then refused me service and told me to leave the store. She then tells the other employee Desiree not to accommodate a/my customers request as if we were in her own house hold and she made the rules.I can’t begin to say how utterly disgusted and disappointed that Subway has a person of management that feels self entitlement to refuse how a customer should have their sandwich when Subway’s motto is “Eat fresh” or “have a sub my way”. She fail to realize not only could the bread have been hard and stale but there’s germs.She enjoyed having that place of power when clearly she is in the wrong place of business providing poor customer service and having a tyranny mindset. Her behavior was all personal and very unprofessional in a round about way. If she’s short tempered and can’t handle someone else’s preference she is a bad look for Subway food services. Oh let me not forget she also threatened to call the cops on me as I asked for cooperation to get the corporate number. Absolutely unacceptable and embarrassing for Subway as a whole world wide!! It’s one thing denying a customers request, but that was poor leadership skills displayed and a bully abusing her title. Great way to show your employees how not to act. No this customer won’t spend money out of her pocket where there’s a power drunken manager there.
First time I ever had bread at Subway that wasn't fresh Usually Love their subs So disappointed!!
I have not been to subway in almost 2 years due to their spokesperson kneel for the American flag and it's ok with them

Honestly I don't know how you guys do it, but I'm glad the employees are always kind and patient. Customer service is always A+I sat in line behind a gentleman, who's kids were ordering for quite a little bit, earlier today.It was a little amusing the way the kids kept going back and forth on what they wantedBut the entire time the staff was like I said, friendly and patient. I was served pretty quickly after with just as much kindness.Also your white chip macadamia nut cookies are always amazing
