Went in and ordered a vanilla bean frap and I wanted mocha and caramel syrup on top but apparently the guy at the register didn’t understand me. He even looked at me like I was stupid, I may have Autism but I am not stupid. Will not be going back to this store.

The coffee I receive is top notch! So is the service! Friendly and fast. My beef is with your new lids for the ice coffee. They suck. Change back. They leak. They pop off and come loose way too easily. Change back.
Fast service when you order on the app plus you get extra stars if you order to pick it up using a gift card in the app.. it's cool.
