Drive-thru is always extremely busy. They keep the inside lobby locked majority of the time. They allow their money handlers to park in the middle of the parking lot so nobody can get around. And their order accuracy it's not that great
I drove 15 mins to get something there and when I got there they were closed 2 HOURS early make sure you call them before going!! I wish I would of! also another time I came I asked for something I told the guy what goes in it and he rolled his eyes then tried to give me and vanilla bean frap very lazy staff 1/10 recommend this place
I'm sad they don't have the Caramel Apple Spice, but I love that they have people who care enough to suggest something so close I'm still addicted. Lol! I love Starbucks! The people and the product!

Did not update the hours of their app. Placed a mobile order and were closed upon arrival. (App said opened until 11p and arrived at 9:30p). Would not refund my money or provide my drink.
I ordered on the app at 9:30p. The app and Google both said they were open until 11p. Upon arrival, there were multiple employees inside cleaning, with all doors locked and drive thru closed. When I went up to the door and it was locked, I knocked to ask about a refund since they were already closed. The employees ignored me at first, then finally since I wasn’t leaving one finally came to the door. I told them I realized they were closed and would just like a refund since the app let me order due to the hours being incorrect. He said I could not get a refund or my drink since everything was already shut down, and sent me away.
