We visited to pick up ice-cream for our kids. We were told at 8:40 on a Thursday that they were closed. They then cut the overhead lights off and turned off our speaker. I called the store to ask if this was a one time issue or if their online hours were wrong. I was told the employees were being allowed by the manager to close at 9 instead of 11. Keep in mind this was at 8:40. I understand staffing issues bc of covid etc but this sonic has been getting progressively worse. We will not be returning and I won't be surprised to see it closed down soon. I just hate to see someone lose their business bc of employees that just don't care. And based on other reviews it's likely if they already haven't failed health inspection or caused food poisoning its only a matter of time.
i haven’t been here in some years and now i’ve been reminded why. i ordered 2 large jumbo bbq chickens, 2 5pc chicken tender dinners, a sprite, a limeade, and 2 shakes. it was $40. tell me why? this is literally the biggest scam. horrible quality food, small amounts. tryna make me go on a diet, Sonic?! like look at my 3yr olds chicken tenders. they are flat, hard, cold, and dark brown. no fluff!! and my bowl of bbq chicken?! they better be lucky they put the other half in my husbands bowl. i opened it and said “where’s my other half of chicken?” giving me split portions. imagine a SMALL. ? oh and my 5pc meals didn’t even come with onion rings like im pretty sure they’re supposed to? i will not be coming back, the only thing worthy of re buying that i got tonight would be the shakes (they were “out of cherries” though) and the tater tots which i’m sure are from an outside distributor and re cooked.
I ordered a small chili cheese tots and a milkshake, I'm not kidding when I say I LITERALLY got 4 tots covered with cheese, chili and onions..... I know I ordered a small, but only 4?????? NEVER AGAIN!!!!! I think they didn't care because it was ordered through DoorDash and closed by the time my order came.... they ought to be ashamed charging almost $1 per tot.... yes... almost $4 for the small chili cheese tots and only received 4 TOTS!!!!! SHAMEFUL!!!!!!!! ZERO Stars from me
That's a was my first time at this location. I'm familiar with Sonic from where I moved from. Sonic always seems to be on it or not at all on it. Well, this visit I was first impressed with the drive thru associate that accidentally cut off the headset but walked out to make sure she had my order correct. I wasn't too impressed with the chicken tenders as you can see in my photos. They were either cooked in old oil or the oil wasn't hot enough. Idk, but you can see what I got and it tasted like....cooking oil. I may give them another go but I can't eat saturated cooking oil chicken again.
Everytime I go here there is nobody working, this morning the cook wasn’t there yet and I usually have to wait forever every single time I go to this sonic. It’s the worst in town. I hate it because I love sonic but I know everytime I go to this one it’s going to be a bad experience
They never answer the screen when you press the red button. The drive thru also takes forever even when they aren’t busy. Milkshakes are never blended all the way down.
Service was decent, but when you mess up french fries its bad! They were warm, but limp and appeared not to be cooked all the way.
Service is great, if a bit slow at times, but the burgers taste salty.
Not what it used to be when I was in college. I was disappointed to have brought my daughter her coming from GA. It advertises in Maine but took her here. What a disappointment. Could of been better for the price.
Took 15 minutes at the drive thru line to get to the speaker and be told that there is a 15 minute wait. These kids working here have no clue what they are doing and it is obvious that this place needs a good manager.
