The service was great, and the food is pretty good. We got the chicken fingers and fries to go, and the chicken is a bit tougher than it used to be. Although I do prefer these chicken fingers over the ones they used to have.
I paid for two sets of 20 wings and a children's 3 piece chicken strip there was hair in the coleslaw and hair wrapped around two of my wings so when I picked up one the other one followed with it ? then I asked one of the associates to trade out my 2 wings and it was a drum and a flat and the flat had a bone that was cut odd she picks him up with a paper towel goes into the kitchen then comes right back out with the same two wings like I wouldn't notice so they're going to skip out on switching out two wings what else are they skipping out on and then you pay $20 for 20 wings and they come out looking like they cooked a parrot the wings are so small overcooked almost to a crunchy point I got a refund thank God but when I told the upper manager about what happened she said something smells fishy like I'm lying to her about her gross food ?? all around terrible experience save your money for somewhere that will appreciate your business
I ordered Baby Back Ribs to go. Those ribs were over-cooked and the WORST baby back ribs in the history of rib-eating.Needless to say, I won't ever be going back there! Had two orders, one a sampler the other just the half rack of ribs. Spent $32.00 on inedible food.I am disgusted. However, the dogs liked them.
I had an amazing experience at Shane’s Rib Shack. The food is great, the staff are friendly, and the restaurant is very clean. Not only that, my food was ready in the blink of an eye. I am one happy customer who will be coming back!!
I had a chicken salad salad and it was a tiny piece of aluminum foil hidden between a slice of cucumber which I could've easily eaten if I wasn't paying attention. I don't even know why it was there in my meal because my plate came with paper wrappings not aluminum foil. Very dangerous.
Called three times to place a to go order nobody would answer the phones. Then when I walk in two young girls are standing behind the counter on cell phones. (Smh)Then I ask for a large cup and she hands me a small cup and says we only have one size. I ordered a salad with sweet bbq and ranch. They give me regular bbq and light ranch. I tell the guy that brought my food out and he said that's all we have. If someone orders a salad and ask for ranch u would figure the lady that took my order would have said all we have is light ranch. If u want to hire young kids to work for you cause they are cheaper than adult's then u need a manger to baby sit them and make sure they don't do stuff wrong. The business has went down hill and I probably won't be eating at the business anymore.
The okra was good. Chopped BBQ chicken was cold and not very good. The cold slaw was decent. Not the best meal that I have eaten at this establishment.
First time to eat here. After we ordered, we went to fix our drinks and there was a huge cockroach going down the back of a booth. A worker overheard us talking about it and goes on to tell all of the others. They continuously look at us laughing. Our food was cold when we got it. Such a disappointment
This was our first visit to this particular location. We are originally from the hometown of Shane's and I believe Mr. Thompson would be proud of the staff here. From walking in the door to leaving, everything was too notch. Food was fresh and handled no different than the original McDonough, Georgia location. My wife decided to try something different and found a new favorite in their boneless wings. I went with the original sandwich and fried okra. I think they also have the best okra too. We will definitely be back.
