Ordered via Door Dash and food arrived on time but the food was "not" what you would get at the restaurant. The sushi was a mess and falling apart, the soup had a heavy vinegar taste (meso soup), the chicken teriyaki was swimming in sauce and very little chicken was found. The spring rolls were great
This is my favorite Japanese restaurant in Rome! I've ordered from this place three times now and have yet to be disappointed from their quality of food. I do notice a bit of difference between portion sizes when I eat in the restaurant vs. takeout though as I seem to get more when I'm in store. Not a big deal though! I appreciate their service every time I go. Their ginger sauce for salad is great!
Staff was very friendly. Sushi menu is unique, but has a bit too many options. Portion sizes are were unexpectedly big for the price.
So yummy! Waitress was great, too, even thought she said she hadn't worked there very long. My father, husband and I had a wonderful time and a delicious meal.
Always a nice experience. The sushi is quite great and the service is good too. Everything we get from there is top notch. The chefs are very experienced and would recommend this place a lot!
This was our first time. We got the lunch special and had no idea it would be this much food. It was amazing and the price was unbelievable!!???
Shockingly mediocre compared to other Ru Sans we have been to in Midtown ATL and the like.I have come to expect a certain caliber of food/experience at a Ru Sans--for what it is. Nothing crazy, but almost always very pleasant food. My steak and chicken hibachi came out about as overcooked and tough as anyone I've ever seen dare to serve at a restaurant. He had to know when he plated it... that he had walked away, came back... saw it drying to death in the pan. He knew what he was doing--but he said, I am going to plate that./shrugI've reduced my expectations appropriately and will definitely be wary of what I order next time we step foot on the premises.
We had hibachi dinners. The vegetables and rice were good. The steak was overcooked and difficult to chew being so tough. You need to cut your sushi menu in half. I find reading the list of ingredients makes it hard to choose a sushi roll. Every roll seems about the same. Pictures sure would be nice to help choose the right roll. The waitress offered very little information as well describing the sushi rolls as well.
10/10 hands down. I absolutely love the food here. A nice quiet place to enjoy awesome dishes. Everything I've ever ordered has been delicious ? ?. And always friendly service.
Usually I love Ru Sans. However, today the waitress forgot to have the chef make my order, she was rude, another waitress came by, apologized and refilled our drinks, then we had to go find our waitress just to pay our bill. As we handed her our cards she huffed and snatched the cards away from us like we had done something wrong. It's sad, because the food was amazing as always.
