This is really just a PSA bc I love the pizza here and the staff is always super friendly when i pick up my pizza. But whoever the delivery driver that drives the blue Nissan should never be allowed to deliver pizzas again. I and about 8 other cars were stuck behind them as they were returning to the store from north rome and they were doing on average 10-15mph UNDER the speed limit, breaking at green lights and overall not in a hurry to return to the store. I'm not saying they should speed and be unsafe but as a delivery driver I feel like at minimum they should drive the speed limit. If you ever wondered why your pizza took so long to be delivered it was probably bc of this person.
Wish I could give them minus stars. I ordered my pizza and chicken last night at 11:15 and NEVER got it. But they charged me for it!! Then when I called well before they closed to check and see where they were, I was put on hold for 20 mins then hung up on. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau about them.This isn't the first time that this Papa John's Pizza has done me this way.
I work at the Hampton In the front desk and ordered at papa John's because there right behind were I work and spoke with a lady name Angela she was very rude and nasty I was un aware they didn't serve fries and she got very ugly and said I'm not going to play with you girl I'm not taking your order and I was co fused I'm like excuse me why are you being rude so she then says this is a pizza place we don't service fries and said she refused to take my order.. I have never experienced that kind of disrespect from a chain restaurant ever and will never order or recommend ordering from them as long as she works thereThe general manager called me personally and apologized also explained her behavior is not tolerate and offer me a free meal with the company so I'm satisfied and appreciate a great gm who knows how to take care of his customers hopefully no one else has to expiernce this moving forward
Probably never ordering here again. I ordered online on a Wednesday at 9pm pizza got here at 10:34 COLD the driver came to the wrong house then left the car in the driveway of the other home with the lights on which was rude to the neighbors. The driver then walked the pizza not in the warming bag down the street to our location and handed it to me no apology for the wait or even the wrong delivery. Tried calling the store no answer but heard the phone pick up and only to disconnect after they hung up on me refusing to talk. This is not the first issue I have had with this location I gave it another chance and this was the last straw. Papa Johns Corp needs to step in and see the amount of complaints on this location. Driver also appeared to be intoxicated. All around horrible customer service zero stars if I could.
Great improvements! I was very pleased when I picked up our pizza! The team was friendly and our order was completed super fast! Smiling face when I walked in! Great customer service skills to the young man handing customers their orders tonight! 3/8/22
Ridiculous been waiting an jr already for my food then they drive up the street took 35 minutes to deliver another order on top of no call or message when that can be done on the app terrible service as usual from Rome Georgia papa johns crew
really bad pizza took over an hour to get here delivery guy said it was just sitting there because they forgot about it for over 45 min and they didn't bother to remake it before bringing it! the pizza is ICE cold and seems to be left out not under heat lamps. also the man answering the phone answered and i told him my problem and his response was as if he was expecting the call this is just un excusable i hope they do better on the remake and i am looking forward to the refund in my account Aswell if i could give negative stars i would
Placed an order online was told it would be delivered in 30 mins. While checking my order status I discovered my order had been canceled and I had already paid!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! Still hungry! 0 stars!!!
Had an embarrassing experience trying to eat and even get my pizza. I put in an order at 4 PM, to be delivered at 7:30, expecting it to be delivered at my requested time. At 8 PM I called asking where my order was and they said it was out to be delivered, I called again an hour later and they said they delivered it to the wrong person at the correct address, so they supposedly comped the meal and said they were gonna make it and deliver it. Another hour went by and no pizza. I called again and no answer. Apparently when they close at 11 it really means they close up before 10:30. I had to go to the store 3 hours after I was supposed to get my food and the meal was cold because they assumed I was going to come to the store to get it even though I requested delivery. Embarrassing situation and as a customer who was trying to be patient, there is an extent to that, and I need to be comped more than just a free cold meal.
My husband and I LOVE Papa John's. I swear I think we order pizza and a brownie here every week lol and they always do us right! Thanks guys!!
