This is the first time trying the restaurant I was super excited. I ordered the rice and the two sides I order wasn't ready and my son got the lo mein and his two sides wasn't ready so our rice and lo mein and ragoons was fixed and sitting to the side 30 minutes later 3 of the employees was laughing at me and my family because they forgot what was supposed to go in our plates. One of the employees that was laughing so hard came to ask what we ordered. Very unprofessional I will not be back. The bar was basically empty and was told it would take 5 minutes to fix more. Horrible experience. I work In the food industry and know what it's like to forget an order but to be laughed at is ridiculous.
Everytime you come the food looks like it has been sitting there for hours and they are always out of something. Today was no sugar so they didn't have but the fountain drinks. Be ok if it's one time but this is everytime we come. Won't be back!
Wonderful food great service and great value
Poorly managed. Arrived 30 minutes before closing, dining room was already locked. Sat in 20 minute drive through line, was presented with extremely limited list of options as they were getting ready to close and unwilling to prepare more food.Edit: Food quality was mediocre, had been sitting a while.
Best fast food restaurant restaurant and really quick service, even at a busy hour. I live the chicken and rice and think it is really well cooked. The workers are very fast and friendly
food is great, staff is even better! very friendly, even though they seemed a bit understaffed for it to be dinner time.
Glad they finally opened fully. A brand new restaurant with a finished lobby wasn't open inside even though everything around it was. Need a location on the west side of town as that area is too congested to fight your way into at times.

For $8 is not bad at all you'll have it all day long and be snacking off of it all day long but like Chinese food says you'll be hungry in an hour
Lol, worst Fake Chinese food I've had. Panda has went downhill since I've worked there. Worried about opening more stores than the quality of thier food and service. It used to be really good lol.
