My steak was super dry. Our waiter was great
I went in for a late lunch I got told there would be a 10 minute wait to which I was fine with. The problem I had was when 3 larger groups went in after me and got immediate seating. After I witnessed this I went in side and spoke with the gentleman I believed to be the assistant manger he said he was sorry and that they where behind.I thought no problem the gentleman behind me had the same number in his party went up the seated him immediately. Then when I got seated finally it took the waitress almost five minutes to even get my drink/food order. She was not nice at all came back only once to check on me then to bring me my check.Witch she never did ask me if I needed anything else overall the worst service ever don’t waste your time or money.Just go to Texas road house you will get better service faster service plus save a tone of money.
Both of our $25 steaks were overcooked beyond acceptable temps. This has been the norm for a while, so we ordered lower temps than usual, still well done on both. Salad dressings were incorrect as well. This was on a delivery order. We love Outback, but when you're operating under the guise of a steakhouse, the steaks should be properly prepared to order. We will always go back! Nobody's perfect...
We have had horrible service from this restaurant 3 times in a row. I kept trying it as I wanted to make sure it wasn’t just a bad night. Well tonight takes the cake. Ordered a 22oz steak dinner with add ons and my husband got a 6 oz with a lobster tail meal. Our kids got a cheese burger with “mixed” fruit and chicken tenders with “mixed fruit” . Our steak meals were done about the time they said it would be but they forgot to run the kids meals and said they were going to do that. So after 15 minutes they came out with chicken tenders and the hamburger. The steaks were ice cold, our steaks didn’t get the garlic butter that we paid extra for, the “mixed fruit” was maybe half an orange cut and 2 strawberries, drinks didn’t have the straws , the loaded part of the baked potato was a quarter cup size of ALL the toppings and husbands loaded mashed potatoes didn’t even get the loaded part , the kids meals that they supposedly had forgotten but made we’re actually cold not to mention not even put together and the fruit was hot. The butter for the lobster tail didn’t have a top and it was dumped all over the carton and through the take out bag. The salads looked like a toddler threw them together . Three strikes and done . This place either needs new cooks that can follow an order or new people putting orders together to go because there is a serious lack of everything at this restaurant! Oh and FYI handing a blooming onion coupon for the next visit doesn’t fix all the crap that went on (yeah still waiting on our large bill to be refunded). When someone pays over $30 for one meal they shouldn’t have to eat cold because meals were forgotten.
Awesome support! We needed a special accommodation and called ahead to see if it was possible. The manager, Dave, was happy to help us and even told us the best time to come based on our needs. When we got there they were ready and were very honoring of our needs. They made sure we were happy and comfortable during our entire visit. We felt valued.Exceptionally great service by Jessie our waitress made the visit so wonderful! Thank you for a great experience.I have been to various locations across the country and by far, this location is the very best!!!
Hands down BEST service I’ve had anywhere!! “Brianna” was absolutely amazing! She took great care of me and my son and was very attentive. Everything was perfect from the food to the cocktails. Will be back for her to take care of us again!
While here on 4/1/22 I received awful service. I had a reservation for 6:30 and I arrived to a 20 minute wait. I was left waiting outside in the cold for 40mins.The waitress did not even ask us what drink we wanted until after we had been seated for ten minutes. We weren’t even given silverware and I had to ask for it. I ordered a 8oz sirloin with my husband and I ordered it medium well and it came out EXTREMELY undercooked. Not only that but I asked for A1 and it wasn’t even brought to me until I was ready to leave. No one came by to check on my table. I had two managers walk by my table and not even acknowledge us. Poor customer service. They only see you as a dollar sign.
Great atmosphere and super wait staff. I really enjoyed the prime rib and veggies. Very reasonable prices too!
Loved this experience. Food was great. Service was good. Just a long wait. But it was worth it.
Rare lunch date with wife, so it had to be special, so out to Outback we go.Perfectly cooked steak for lunch will make you feel special.Fresh hot bread & butter on the table before we knew we needed it.Thought a Blooming Onion to start would be good idea, but it was over cooked.Other than that, Outback was a good choice for a special lunch, hope to do it more often.
