I gave them the benefit of doubt that the first time we went that it was just because they were short staffed. The second visit they had plenty of servers. We just didn’t get served. We waited 20 minutes before walking out since no one even came to take our drinks. I even made it aware that we hadn’t been served. We also noticed that the utensils weren’t even clean. There was food still stuck on the forks. I wish I could give zero stars but that’s not an option. Seriously dissatisfied and I’m a very easy going person. I get it, I’ve been a waitress before. I always give grace to fellow waiter and waitresses. They just didn’t care and and have horrible service. Guess that marks them off of our dinning list. Will not and do not recommend!
Initially, we were pretty upset that our catered buffet order arrived for our wedding reception and did not have the burners and chafing pans that was supposed to be included 1 hour prior to the wedding, especially since we where in a completely different city!! However, the Olive Garden manager on duty sent an employee to the venue with the items and made it in time! For that, I am very appreciative and it showed me their commitment to quality customer service. Therefore, great job Olive Garden Rome Georgia. Thank you
Our server was inattentive and just didn't care in general. The food was good although my entrée came out before bread, salad, or the 2 first bowls of soup for the other 2 people with me or even my own soup. She tried shifting blame to the kitchen and even a hostess for our coffee being decaf instead of regular. Maybe she was new, or having a bad day, but this was an awful experience.
Great food, amazing service. Still really good food and service for a chain restaurant.
Well they were very nice and generous a little wait but it's only because there were so many people and the dishes were running out lol.. Charlie was really good and he checked on us very often very kind loved the service! Really good !

Another 5-star experience for wife and I at the Rome, Ga Olive Garden! Decided to have early dinner and O.G. won the coin-toss......So glad!We were seated with NO wait, and met our Server Ethan! Got our orders in promptly and got our soup (Toscana for me), and salad for wife. Had our entfees brought out right on time! Ethan was Excellent and pretty much anticipated every need, right on time. This young man is a great asset for his employer and is to be commended for his skills!We are so glad the coin toss brought us here today!
Excellent food as always but our server was exceptional! Couldn't ask for a better server. Just ask for Charlie, you won't regret it.
Go me! It's my birthday! And where do I want to eat? Olive Garden! I loved it! And, no, I'm not turning 10 years old. I thought everybody loved Olive Garden and only recently discovered that not to be true. Oh well. I guess everyone can't be awesome. Anyway, this last trip was no exception to my expectations. They changed the shrimp fritto and now it's even better. The batter was slightly different, the shrimp were bigger, they added battered and fried peppers and onions and serve it with a spicy ranch and some kind of red sauce. I did miss the buttery dip it used to have but it was still better. The salad was yummy. My chicken Asiago tortellini was creamy and delicious. My wife loved her stuffed shells. They have Blue Moon on tap which is amazing, but I'm biased on that as that is my favorite beer. Wife liked her Italian margaritas. We figured something out on this visit. It's one of those, "Duh!" moments. You don't have to stick to the drinks on the menus! Not sure why that little tidbit slipped by us before but maybe somebody reads this and never put that together either. Get your favorite drink! Wife had a nice shot of Jack. You do You though. What else? Oh yeah! Jeff! Jeff rocks! He's been there awhile and we're always happy when we see that he's going to be our waiter. Keep it up Jeff! What kind of drink do you like? Maybe we'll get you one next trip, to say think you. Don't worry. It won't lessen the tip. That would kind of defeat the purpose.
I enjoyed my experience here. I got the fried ziti appetizer and my boyfriend got the new shrimp appetizer, and we both loved them. Our waitress Amy was such a sweetheart too! I'm definitely frequenting this location.
