Worst experience I’ve ever had here. Slow service, no welcome, actively ignored the line multiple times even though there were workers just standing behind the counter. Worst service came from the cashier who must’ve been some kind of manager- he was sure acting like a task master making the others do his little errands while he stood there and spoke rudely to regular customers. He refused our student discounts that we were gladly given two days ago, he walked away multiple times during my payment transaction, swiftly and rudely answered questions and when my friend asked for a drink cup the cashier just walked away. My friend had to get the drink cup himself! My other friend asked for a spoon cause we were all going to share a bowl of queso, the cashier asked if there weren’t spoons by the drink station (which there were not) and she told him no, he responded with “here’s your stupid spoon”. The service here is always been wonderful and quick but today it was absolute garbage. We’ll all be sure to think twice before returning here for a while. Hopefully the sub-standard service and the task master of an employee working the register will be re-trained.
They refused to give us a student discount whenever we showed them our IDs. One of the male workers proceeded to act like he just got done with a Brazilian wax and proceeded to call my friends stupid for asking if they had anymore spoons.
Go at least once every two weeks good and fast southwest food
This is the third time I was given much less of a portion in my bowl than everyone around me, and asking for a proper portion gets me nothing but a dirty look. Moes needs to train its employees to be LESS STINGY and give out FAIR portions.I will not be returning to this restaurant when the food across the street at Moes’ competitor is BETTER AND HAS FAIR PORTIONS
Very fresh, very tasty. Food made to order right in front of you. Excellent food. I highly recommend!!!
Horrible!!!! So I went by after I got off work to get food. And when I get home and got settled I opened my plate and started eating ??♀️??♀️ on my second bite I find a LONG BLONDE HAIR IN MY FOOD ?? throw the whole plate away I tried to call but they where closed ??♀️ I did keep the bite of food though to take it to them tomorrow
They were closing early and we felt rushed to delete. Food was still good.
Employees were very attentive to the customers. Very professional.
Unkept appearance. Many boxes in dining area. Only soda machine broken (no nozzle, spits drink out in spray pattern on clothes. Food tasted good.
Could have been better not sure wat i was ordering and not sure wat was soposed to go on it or in it also no silverware and for the price u would have thought a drink was included.but food was good
