Mellow Mushroom is truly some of the BEST PIZZA I have ever eaten. The crust is perfection, without any doughey taste or thin crust brittle taste. Tastes like every single ingredient is "from scratch". Highly recommend the meat lovers, or the white pizza with pesto, fresh mozzarella, etc. WELL WORTH EVERY BITE! Service has always been attentive & very friendly.You won't be disappointed! A+++
I have been patron of this location for years. I keep returning because of the quality of food, atmosphere, and impeccable customer service.Love this spot.
Like other Mellow Mushrooms, this Rome one was good tonight. Have them make a garlic/olive oil base pizza with steak & caramelized onions. Really good. Wife likes Cosmic Karma or Holy Shiitake.
My friend and I stopped in for dinner. We were offered a seat at the bar. The bartender came over and asked what we wanted to drink. I told her we hadn't seen the drink menu yet. This plainly annoyed her, but she brought us ONE menu to share. We were holding id sideways trying to read it between us when she immediately demanded our drink order again. We asked for another menu and she angrily left to get it. We finally just picked one, since she was so pushy. She then (with a sigh of annoyance) demanded our food order. Hard to do since we NEVER got a menu. She brought us menus and 2 plates and within 2 minutes demanded an order. We ordered pretzels as an appetizer and ordered our meals. While waiting (a long time) another member of the waitstaff dropped a tray of water glasses which rammed into the back of my chair. Water went everywhere. NOT ONE MEMBER OF THE WAITSTAFF APOLOGIZED OR ACKNOWLEDGED WHAT SHE HAD DONE IN ANY WAY. They were just having a good ol teenage time laughing about it. Finally, our food came but we never received the pretzels. She came back several times and asked if we still wanted them. She was annoyed that we did.My friend asked for an extra salad dressing which she slammed onto the table angrily. Our food was finished and we continued to wait on our appetizer. She came back and explained that pretzels can't be an appetizer, although advertized as such on the menu. They come out after meals because of something about a belt the are sent in on? (Really, Mellow Mushroom?) After 30 more minutes we cancelled the order and left. She was still angry. I did not ask to see management because I felt there was no point. After all I just described, I assume management is just as bad. This place has potential, and great food. However, the wait staff is an abso;lute joke. I waited tables myself through college and grad school.(As did my friend that was with me.) There are no excuses. Corporate needs to fire the management and start fresh. Yes, I will be contacting corporate. Just glad the water was cold and not hot. Don't waist your time here.
My son and I had horrible service tonight for dinner. It was very full of patrons but there was not a wait when we arrived. We sat for over 20 minutes before a server even came to the table. It took over an hour to finally get food and we never got our appetizer. We were seated upstairs and servers were running up and down the stairs constantly. I didn't notice any servers wasting time it just seems they were set up to fail with an overcrowded restaurant they couldn't handle. We came because we enjoy the food despite the noise and chaos. The food was what we expect from mellow mushroom and why we came but we won't be back to this location.
We went there last night March 31st 2022 and it was just off. Pizza wasn't completely done, appetizer arrived after the pizza arrived! Our waitress was nice but she said all the staff is new. Including her. So they definitely need to tweak it and make it a better experience for their customers. We were there about 6 months ago and it was much better!
Not my first visit to a Mellow Mushroom but this was my first visit to this location. Does not disappoint!Fantastic food that you expect, delivered fast, and with a smile. Everything was as expected and as ordered. Very friendly staff!Zero complaints. Highly recommended!
we were in here March 16 at 6:00 pm. there was the loudest racket bunch of smart mouth girls in there all our laughing sounded like they were tearing down the table up above us. I couldn't hear what my husband was saying and he was across from us we told them keep it down please. they got louder laughing banging on tables. they got mad. they popped their sm as rt mouths off as we walked by. .oh I see they are leaving referring to us and was laughing and making fun of us. they seem like bunch of spoiled brats who thought they cou LL d do anything they were in there one hour very hurtful. someone owes me an appology.
