Very rude not helpful why have a drive-through if you have to go in to get what you ordered don't get everything that you ordered and you pay for it I go every Monday Wednesday and Friday to get breakfast it's the one on Martha Berry don't get my order right and argue with me over things that I already bought and does not get the order right needs to replace the order on Friday
Finally got a decent experience with the app and the store! They’re very proud of their espresso shots though.. 1.29 each!
One star is a star to many for this McDonald's! Zero stars is exactly what this store needs since they have all these kids working @10:45pm 2/18/2022. just standing around, can't get orders correct, delete orders, over charge, very unorganized, wait extended time for food ( by the time you get your food it cold) & you still have to pay for it even though you had to wait an additional 20 minutes not including the time spent waiting in the drive thru line then pulling over to a parking space because they messed up the order, playing in the work place as if it is a playground! I will never order here again and I will never recommend any of my family nor friends to eat here and get upset! These children need to be trained properly or they don't need a job at all!I did return back to this McDonald's at a little after 5:00 a.m. 2/19/22 and Ms. Melissa was absolutely amazing. I did make her aware of the situation that happened at approximately 10:45 last night. Thank you Ms. Melissa.
There when you need it, no matter the hour. I keep odd hours and that means I'm hitting this spot late often. Waits are acceptable and quality is what you expect from McDonald's.
Ordered a iced carsm...they have gotten faster thanks goodness . BUT...iced caramel macchio had inspired sugar at the bottom! Returned for a coke. Staff is TOO young!

I went to get 2 mcdoubles and 2 mcchickens small fry and large tea. And they messed it up and they want 15.00 dollars a hour. They need to work on getting orders right

I love this Mcdonald's the most out of all those in Rome, GA. They seem always to get my order the way I ask. However, I can never eat because it takes so long after you order to receive your meal. I could call the same feed through the drive-thru and get it ten times quicker. It would help if you prioritized your dine-in orders as well. Dine-in gets the least help.
Wish the fries was fresher. They were cold and hard but the burger was made right and good.
