These McDonald's it closer to my house and with kids I go here like 3 times a week. I order the same thing all the time and yet .They make it wrong all the time .And it's not the luck of crew because there is always a lot of cashiers.But they are just playing around. Just on Tuesday May 3rd and went to the drive thru it took me 10 min to order because the order taker was laughing and playing with someone else .I could hear then thru the speaker .These McDonald's need to really focus on training the crew about customer hospitality and fast service
A Very Sad Day for Pickle Lovers at the Rome McDonald’s:Love the people here, good service & food, but for the last three times I have been there, I have tried to order a McDouble with no ketchup, meaning the regular sandwich with the onions, mustard, cheese, and pickles. All three times I have received no pickles. As a pickle lover, this is horrid. I have asked for extra pickles on the app and received a normal amount of pickles. Dear McDonald’s on Turner McCall, is there a shortage, or do you just hate pickles?Update: got a McDouble today that was piled with pickles, thank you for hearing my plea, McDonald’s. I give you an extra star for (maybe?) listening to my review.
No one was in the place I was the first one at the cashier no cashier they seen us they ignored us this is the only one issue a chicken biscuit was old hard must have been cooked yesterday they're very courteous eventually but the wait is ridiculous very understaffed I'll go somewhere else I've been stopping in there many days hope it gets better
Something is always broke here, last week the ice cream machine, today the frappe machine. But the food is usually hot
Ordered a large black, hot coffee. When they handed it to me, the cup wasn't warm, let alone hot. I handed it back and they said to pull up they would bring it to me after a fresh pot was made. I waited 27 minutes and I had to go inside. They talked to me like a piece of trash, and this was definitely the most unprofessional service I've ever received. I will definitely inform everyone I know and I will never give them another penny of my hard earned money let alone give them another chance to treat me the way I was treated. I highly do not recommend this place to anyone. The employees in both windows and inside look dirty and their behavior was a disgrace

Well drive-thru. They're doing a new thing, were people in DT, taking the orders. On a digital pad. Idk things did go pretty fast. I didn't get anything the wife did. But four stars for speed and accuracy. ?✌️
In my opinion the McDonald's coffee is still the best. It is as good as dunkin donuts. And better than the rest so thats what I get when i stop here is the coffee or iced coffee. Always good.
The burgers and nuggets were phenomenal, but the only grievance was the fries. They were kind of soggy.
The service was the best I’ve ever been a part of from McDonalds. The drive-thru was super fast. The person taking orders and at the window were both (maybe the same person) very friendly. The food was on point. I know it’s “just” McDonalds but it was so impressive I had to leave a review. Whoever was running the ship that. night on 1/21 is doing a fantastic job and that staff should be commended.
