Took about 30 mins after i ordered one pizza to get it. Line was backed up. When i got to the window it took 5 mins to get my pizza. The last 3 times i been has been horrible as far as the wait time. 2 other times i got to the speaker to order and they tell me Sorry we're closed due to lack of employees. This place use to be pretty good all the time and now i doubt I'll go back. East Rome Ceasars has been on point the few times i been.

Waited an entire hour in the drive thru for only two cars in front of me to get a pizza. When I approach the window i sat with an additional 10 min to be asked what I had ordered, “a basic pepperoni”. I asked if I give them my money will I get a pizza in a timely fashion. She closes the window grabs the closest pepperoni (which felt like it had been sitting out for some time) throws it on the counter and proceeds to do the transaction. Definitely a store that needs to be shut down. The excuse was lack of staff, however I saw 4 different employees in my time at the window. I’d say lack of care and lack of management.
Terrible service tonight. Placed an online order. Waited in line for 45 minutes. Got to the window and they couldn’t find my order. Asked me to pull forward, I said is it not ready it was supposed to be ready an hour ago. They finally found it…sitting out on the counter not even in the warmer. So after almost an hour I have cold pizza and no apology.
TERRIBLE FOOD AND TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! STAY AWAY OR BE PREPARED TO WASTE AN ENTIRE DAY! THEY PAY GOOGLE IN ORDER TO HAVE 5 STAR REVIEWS, ALMOST ALL ARE BOTS! CLOSE THE DANG DOORS AND BULLDOZE THE PLACE ALREADY! I Entered the lobby to place an order, the entire staff was also in the lobby giving their family members pizza, I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes before the rude employee informed me that I would have to go through the drive through to place an order, because she said they were short staffed, yet there was 3 workers outside smoking cigs and on the phone and the only employee inside of the building was extremely rude and told me that I had to leave and that the LOBBY was closed during normal business hours mind you because the staff can not handle the TINY AMOUNT OF ORDERS that they have, this place needs to be cleaned out or shut down, not a single employee seems to have any idea how to sell pizza and yet it is the ONLY thing they have to do. The manager will not respond to amy customer that has had problems there, I HAVE NEVER FELT THE NEED TO POST A REVIEW FROM A BAD EXPERIENCE. I UNDERSTAND BEING SHORT STAFFED BUT I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HAVING A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE ABOUT HAVING A PAYING CUSTOMER, THIS PLACE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST SHE EVEN SAID "UHMMMM WE HAVE TO MAKE IT FRESH BUT BY THE TIME YOU GET YOUR FOOD IT WILL NOT BE FRESH, I WAS POLITE AS I POSSIBLE YET FOR SOME REASON NOBODY CARED ENOUGH TO DO THEIR JOB CORRECTLY, IF TGE STAFF ARE SO UNHAPPY THEY CAN GET OFF DRUGS AND LEARN AN ACTUAL SKILL!
I got the pizza with half pepperoni and half Italian cheese sticks. Had to wait 8 minutes due to not phoning it in. Stick it taste good and finished it off the next morning.
