Ordered one pizza in the drive through. They had me pull out cross traffic twice to pull back in to come in side to pick up the pizza. Walked in the door and it was ready 3 minutes later. No reason to have me do all that when I could have sat there 4 minutes and wait on the pizza. Why have a drive through at all then? Very dissatisfied with the service.
This place is terrible. Rude employees. Waited first in line, spoke up, got cut off, asked for everyone else's order. Didn't get rude back until they were rude to us.We called in ONE pepperoni pizza due to usual wait times.Doesn't matter even if you do that,You'll just have to wait because they didn't want to speak to you based on the way you look. Not 1 employee but 2.
Closes lobby at 8pm and sometimes 7pm.Takes almost an hour to get through the drive thru sometimes. If you are Door Dash, just avoid this location.If they get your order wrong it will take another hour and if you call good luck getting through.
Update, 1 year later: We called in our order, because we know we'd have to wait, and were told it was pointless to call in for just a pepperoni pizza (because they're always hot and ready). We explained we don't want to stand around waiting, and were then told "okay, it'll be ready in 10 minutes" which was kind of humorous, honestly.We get there, and end up waiting an additional 10 minutes for anyone to even approach the counter. Then, 2 different employees looked at us (first in line) and decided to help the people behind us instead. It wasnt until I (LOUDLY) shouted that we would like to get our food we've been waiting on, that they finally acknowledged that we were there, waiting for something that's hot and ready, that we would have had to wait on anyways. Again, 1 star, only because negative stars isn't an option. Quick and simply drive-through experience and the pizza was hot and still had that nice crunchy texture. Can't really ask more from a Little Caesar's.
Never fails if theres one place in town that cannot get it right its this one.... Either the pizza is wrong or cut by kindergartner or you ask for buffalo wings and end up with basic bbq wings after several failed attempts to allow them to get it right i think its time to go to dominos and just pay the price to get it right the 1st time
My pregnant friend we came through there tonight and she ordered a pepperoni pizza and stuffed cheesy bread with 2 Buffalo sauce that we pay for we wait in line for 30 minutes and we get here to her house and we have no Buffalo sauce please explain to me how you're going to compensate me for that thank you
Worst experience I've had in awhile. Definitely will never be back! Rude girl at the window, after we sat in line at the Turner McCall store asked her name so I could call corporate and she tells me she doesn't have one... absolutely ridiculous! 30min in line to have a rude teenager at the window to throw my food at me! Never again as you can see I gave one star. I wish I didn't have to give it ?

This place is ridiculous. Sat in the drive thru for over 35 minutes waiting on one order of Italian cheese bread. It’s 12:45 and there was only one car ahead of us.
