Drive thru was faster than inside. I went inside to save time. Im not sure y it took so long on my order but 3 cars had gone thru drive thru and i still did not have my orderThen it show clearly on 5 for 6 that apple pies r included i was told it was not.
I was driving from the Atlanta Airport to go to Huntsville, AL and it was the middle of the night. I saw a Krystal Burger and was very excited to eat because it had been hours. Sadly when the lady came on the speaker she told me they only had chicken left because she was closing early. My husband being from ATL has always talked highly of Krystals but my experience wasn't so great.
Wonderful service (Sabrina was working the drive through and the front end and was very nice letting me know she was doing both and still got my order placed and did and execellent job I had stopped 1704 Turner McCall Blvd another locationBut I have never got what I have ordered only because I really don’t. Know why other then it takes 45 minutes if you wanna wait that long . So I took my daughter to the Other location and it was execellent service..
Go to Krystals just to be disappointed. I think we all go because nostalgia because no way we enjoy Krystals. I ask them not to steam my buns or get them wet and I promise it always taste like they purposely dip my bun in a glass of water. Everyone you know talk about getting the runs after eating krystals. I usually order chili cheese fries because that's all I would eat from here as a kid, and their new fries are awful. Whenever I want to be disappointed this is where I go, hoping it will remind me of my childhood lol.
I know, it fast food and I have to say the food was made well, the staff was super friendly and made sure they gave me all of my stuff. That does go a long way!
Went through the drive thru and was pleased with our order, manager Sabrina Daniels was working alone and managed to serve customers. 10/10 dedication to her company.
This was a typical Krystal experience except they have changed the fries. Gone are the limp, greasy and slightly undercooked fries of days past. They are now seasoned so they have a good taste and fried crispy. Thumbs up on the change! Burgers were good also as they were grilled to order.
Gotta love the little square burger! I wish the hadn't changed their fries. The original fries were awesome!
This place is a absolute joke. You either pull in and wait forever and they still get the order wrong or you can order through DoorDash or Grubhub and they leave out half of your order.
Placed a order which I know I placed correctly as I can't stand having to do stuff twice. Didn't feel I needed to check my food as it was a pretty simple and well announced to the lady in the drive through window. I live a little away and have to rush to keep the food warm. After arriving home the food was incorrect. So I head back to get the problem solved. Pulling back up to the drive through and again getting asked to wait (not very nicely). When she comes back I explain that my order is made incorrect. She asked what it was and I told her and she said " well I didn't hear you say that" and I explained I knew I very well said it correctly but she wanted to argue multiple times before she had got rude and asked me to pull around. When I got the window she snatches the bag and then walks a few feet and then comes back shoving the bag out the window explaining its correct when it obviously not. Saying she didn't hear me say that so I'm am pretty much out of luck and take the food. I had my fair share of words and she fixes it after wasting my time just to give in when I'm beyond mad that she is saying we are out of luck. Also have them fix the food with care more and it might not have made it worse. Telling a customer there out of luck ?
