Went through the drive thru yesterday evening was told they only had 1 Krystal, I needed 24 and was willing to wait, No problem. Once I got to the window I was told they only had 3 workers and a lady in the back yelled "if I had a problem I could leave" of course that upset me and I voiced my opinion. I had already paid with my card when the lady from the back proceeded to come to the window cussing me. I ask for my money back. I was refunded as I started pulling off the same lady hung out the drive thru window still yelling and cussing, as I started to pull out to Turner McCall to leave I saw the same lady outside the restaurant still yelling and cussing. I did not get any names but I do know during the being cussed one lady said they were mother and daughter. WOW such great customer service right!!!
Every time I pull up to the drive thru I’m greeted with “There will be a 15-20 min wait on Krystal.” That’s just the 1st issue. In the past 6 months every time I go it’s either been “out of buns”, “system down so we can make any food”, “im the only person working right now”, “no wings”, “we can only make regular and cheese Krystals”. Like I wanna give you guys a good reviews but it’s ridiculous at this point.
Been to this location twice this week and was turned down service both times. Firat time they claimed the system was down but the lady was standing in the parkin lot smoking talkin to friends and tonite I went back and was told they couldn't take order for Krystal burgers because of a big order they had come in. I will never go back
The food was greatThe young man at the window was rude even while I was still talking asking for mustard he shut the window and turned away.I will not go back
Asked for grilled onions and was told they don’t have grilled onions they only have raw and then I order a number 1 and it was wrong up like this not sure why and the manager didn’t know why either I get the extra charge for the icee but you charge regular price of an item for an up grade smh

Waited and still waiting over 40 mins for drive thru.. lunch break is over. This has happened in the past. Single worst Krystal location I’ve ever visited without question. If it were possible to give less than 1 star or negative stars even, that would be the correct choice.
Real rude old lady working the front. Wants you to step back six feet. She has mask on that don’t fit. Gloves on and her nails hanging out of them. I’m assuming the manager acted like they so busy- he complain they are not staff he was locking the doors after we left. Stated he wasn’t doing this all day. Real rude people!!!!!
This place never has anything ready running joke is 15 to 30 minutes to get anything prepared tear the place down and put something else in.
