Great service! Very nice young lady waited on me tonight (name on ticket Jhoselyn) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Went in to get the cinnamon toast crunch milk freeze, with the milk donuts, and the other two flavors. The girl was nervous, and confused. At first I ordered a cold coffee, because I didn't see the milk freeze, until my husband pointed it out. The gal went and grabbed the manager, who lacks customer service, along with, no eye contact with the customer. The way he told the girl they don't make the milk freezes because they don't have something for it, came off a bit snarky. I've been in hospitality for 25+ years, and if I ever witnessed my staff reacting like that. I would definitely be questioning what's going on? And I would be retraining my staff. Not okay.
Saturday night staff were unmotivated and not interested in serving customers.
Every morning I stop by and order a latte, every morning I am waiting at least 10 minutes. This past Saturday I ordered my usual, guy swipes my card, 7 minutes later he comes and says that they are having technical problems with the latte machine, I say OK just give me something of the same value. Lady (Megan) comes and says says no we're making it right now. 10 minutes he says the machine is broken.. do I want to wait. No I come every day, I'll be back Monday. He says ok keeps my receiptMonday, they acted like I was trying to get free stuff. Same lady (Megan) literally closed the window in my face when I was showing her my debit transaction. I sat in the drive-thru for 30 minutes on Saturday but I will not be waiting anymore. I will not return to this location. Every day it's a long wait, every day they are rude and never thank you. Rewind your camera 4/2/2022 at 8:53 when my card was swiped. And see if I actually got my purchase. I don't think customer service is their priority.
Good donuts as always with KK. It was hard to understand the speaker in the drive through so we had to go inside. They were also out of some things, of course the most popular haha.
Witnessed an employee drop a donut off his tray, pick it up off the floor and put it back on the tray and slide it into the multi tray storage rack! Supervision is sorely lacking and not a name tag on any employee we saw thru the drive thru window.
We came here for a class field trip with our pre-k classes. The staff was very patient with 44 four and five year olds in the small building!! Lol they had competing pages and crayons for the students to design their own donut, and one of the staff workers came out and explained a little about the process and flavors they can make. To round out the trip the kids were given a "chunk" of raw, proofed, dough to play with!! It was messy and fantastically fun! And smelled so so so good, like homemade bread proofing for the oven. Yummy. And each kid was given a free glazed donut.
I usually get a cup of coffee on my way to work every evening. On 3/13/2022 I went back for my second cup. When I left the drive thru I noticed my cup light, so I opened it to find it was only half full. Went back and showed them but they would do nothing about it. I know my cup of coffee is not going to hurt them financially, but I will be going to McDonald's for my cup in the future.
The drive-thru is convenient, but if you want to make sure you get the donuts you ask for, I suggest going in.
They have the absolute best donuts. When the Hot & Ready sign is on and I'm driving by my car just magically turns in the parking lot. The next thing I know I've got a box of donuts. ?
