I do not recommend every time I've ever went to KFC I'm told what kind of chicken I can have instead of what kind do I want and upon this last time going I wanted a eight piece tender meal ended up having to get an eight piece bone meal getting home start to eat and notice that my chicken breast is not fully cooked I tried numerous times to call them back and never get a response
Their intention is to charge me more money than I need to spend they ring up the order so I pay more money for what I get and I want instead of selling me a dinner we know this I'll be choosing another maybe Chick-fil-A but next time and they're bad about not giving you everything you ordered in the Drive-Thru I know I've been there times again and again I'm going to stop going bad management crooks you better watch your short change these are thieves
Customer service is outrageous.Went through the drive through didn’t even get to start the order and the person taking the order was beyond rude. #dobetter
Poor service. Inside was horrible and so were the bathrooms. No excuse when four employees were laughing, playing, and on their phones. I will never eat inside here, let alone go back. I definitely do not recommend this KFC to anyone
Got food from the turner mcall location tonight and its was horrible chicken tenders was hard and dry macaroni was dry they also left out the slaw. I have been trying to call them for about 25 minutes and nobody would answer the phone would not recommend this place
Very rude, ghetto, and not professional @ all. No customer service whatsoever. Need to get rid of the whole entire crew, and get new crew members, and a new manager. Need the Franchise number to report this location. Declined my friends and myself service of ever eating there again. Ridiculous!!Drive-thru person there (white Male) threw my change on the ground, like he was scared to hand me my change, after waiting on my change, he missed my hand on purpose, and dropped my change on the ground. Food wasn't hot, dry chicken, and the biscuit was cold. Very disappointed. A black girl came to the window, with an attitude being totally rude. I spend good money there. Maybe over a $85.00 a month for family & friends, food that I buy to feed everyone. I need the Franchise number. Thanks
Doordasher picked up my order incorrectly and instead of try to fix the situation the manager and employees all got an attitude and raised their voice while refusing to remake my order. Incompetent staff, bad attitudes. 0/5 do not eat here if you value customer service.
first time in a KFC in a while. Does not sell green beans or corn on the cobb any longer. first disappointment. Counter staff greeted us. When we expressed our disappointment over sides, we got a smirkly smile. then when our food order came, other staff in kitchen area was giggling about our remarks on sides. Then we had to ask for a drink carrier(we had three drinks ordered). Then we had to ask for spoons (since we ordered mashed potatoes and gravy. they had given us forks). Who eats mashed potatoes and gravy with a fork! We were told that they did not have any spoons. Very disappointed in KFC on Turner McCall Blvd. Not professional. Seemed less concerned.
Order the family mail and a 8 piece mail. Along with two half gallons of sweet tea. One of the teas was unsweet, and the chicken wasn't done. My husband got a piece that was fully pick in the middle, and had bit into it before he knew it. Now he at work throwing up, with a upset stomach, and hurting in his stomach form it. I thank he may have food poisoning from the undone chicken. So I want be buying food anymore from there. Over $70 and wasn't worth it.
Just close this whole location down. Awful service and moderate food. Don't even try and go into the location. Just stand there and never get helped. Food is rarely ever cooked properly. Some of these positive reviews are clearly employees. This is a small town. I recognize some of the names and they do work there.
