One of the worst experience in dining in that I can remember, customer service was terrible, prices very unreasonable, it’s pretty new in Rome,Ga. But the bathrooms is out of order how convenient is that. Very bad place. Oh and the employees did not want to be there either.
The food is okay but the service is terrible. There were no vacant tables, except for three 2 seat tables, but they had keys, personal items on them so we thought someone in line was holding them. After everyone left the stuff was still there so we asked the employees if it was theirs and the said said “yes”. I have no idea why they were taking up 3 tables. None of them offered to remove their stuff so nobody had seats. Very mundane and uncaring workers who have no interaction with the guests.

My fiancé and I have been here twice and we absolutely love the subs here. The “juice” is delicious; it’s not strong and it gives the sandwich just the right flavor and a little extra kick so you’re not just tasting meat, cheese, and veggies on bread. The only reasons I didn’t give 5 stars is because the prices are way too high and I also witnessed a worker coming in to start his shift and not washing his hands. He did put on gloves but any time you work with food that’s the first thing you should do before you prepare someone’s order. Other than that I enjoy my food very much from here. I will definitely be back.
They got my order wrong it flavor less and doesn’t not have as much options and is over priced a drink is 2.30 for a 22 oz like come on now stop it
Waited 10 minutes with my family of 5 with no other customers being served. I assume the employees were filling online orders but there was no effort to communicate with us. Honestly, I feel the employees were indifferent if not satisfied not to help us. We left disappointed. Also, poor health rating.
Today 3 people on staff and super slow service(0) customer service and interaction with waiting customersManagement need to know this information because I spend my $$$ where they are appreciatedI’ve received better service with (1) employee on duty!
Only left one star so that I could leave a review. What a terrible experience. The staff was slow as ever laying bread on the dirty counter with no wrapper. There was no communication staff to staff nor staff to customers. After standing waiting on our Philly cheese sandwich I asked who was working on our order, they looked at me like I had lost my mind they had no clue what I was talking about. We walked out these guys need to just turn the sign off and go home.
Extremely rude. I placed an order online and after 3 hours of waiting I finally called the restaurant to ask what the issue was. The guy who picked up the phone just shouted "WE ARE NOT TAKING ANY MORE ORDERS" and then hung up on me. I called again, he shouts the same thing. I call for a 3rd time and just immediately start screaming at him that I'm not placing an order, I'm checking on my order from over 3 hours ago. He snaps at me that it's being made and calling them over and over won't make it get made any faster. So I then demanded a refund and he says that I'd have to call back when "Princess" is there. Who tf is Princess? The manager. This is the worst experience that I've ever had at any restaurant in my entire 26 years of life. Y'all need to just scrap every single one of these employees and start completely over. The entire staff is a mistake.
I only had one decent experience at this place and it was when it first opened. I went there a few months ago to order a salad and the lettuce was brown and wilted. When I asked if they had any fresher lettuce I was told the lettuce is fresh. Mind you it was very early in the afternoon. No way lettuce should like this when you first open for the day. I walked out. I've actually gone back a few times only to see the lettuce and other vegetable don"t look fresh and I always walk right out. I was so excited to have this sandwich shop here since the Jimmy John's in Rome closed. Unfortunately I will never go to this Jersey Mike's again. Food quality and customer service is bad.
