They know they have the best wings in town that they don't care about customer service. I'm only giving 5 stars because The wings speak for themselves and I grew up on these wings but all that comes at a price. They almost never open, if google says their open they most likely aren't. Most likely you'll have a 30 minute or more wait but these are absolutely the best wings in town. Always hot and crispy. Never a complaint when you get them. At this location they're always understaffed and idk why because this place is just so good! It'll be one person taking all the calls, then running to the back cooking the wings. I'm like get this man some help. Great Employee.
Used to be in my opinion the best place for wings in floyd Co. After ordering today though idk it might be time for them to just close the doors, both locations at that. My order was given to the wrong customer so I had to wait another 45 min for some mediocre food. That was my last trip
Wings were excellent. We tried four different flavors and honestly, I'm not sure which was which, but it didn't seem to slow us down. Even with gobs of sauce, they were extra crispy. One of the flavors we ordered was hot and maybe it was mild, at best. Perhaps we received mild by mistake. If you are craving wings, I highly recommend you visit. Service can be a tad slow as they may be understaffed at times, but your patience will pay off. Didn't try the Cajun food.
Called & the lady had me on hold for 10 minutes so I hung up to try & call again. Phone has been off the hook for 30 min or longer. Would recommend you go eat at restaurant. Can’t speak on the wings, I’ve never been able to actually get some.
haven't ate there in person but ordered Doordash got porkchop meal and was so cool and tender. can't wait to try other things from there. who would have thought that from a wings place
Great wings, but always takes far longer than they estimate, and customer service has ranged from “nobody cares” to “downright rude.” Very frustrating.

Jazzy, we crashed in on you yesterday unannounced. Most of our 25 hungry bikers were fully satisfied with your delicious fare(we do have a few who wouldn’t be happy if their favorite celebrity brought free food while naked). While the service was slow, the young man who served us (and did so alone) was proficient, knowledgeable, and friendly under very stressful circumstances. I did pick on him a little at checkout but he is to be commended for not fleeing out the back door when our crew rolled in. I will be back when Im in town. Great job. Great food. Thank you!
Turned away at door! They said private party and we would have to get wings togo. Which would've been fine if they hadn't had people sitting at the bar. Plus out door tables that could've been used. Sign inside door still said wait to be seated should've been changed to private event. The way the hostess spoke with us wasn't professional either. Haven't even ate there but will not make another trip to try!
Order took quite a while to receive! Hope the food comes out faster next time?
