Went through drive through placed order only to find out after paying it was going to be a 20 minute wait for chicken breast in the busiest part of the evening so we said we would just run to the store and come back in about 20 minutes well we did only to find out we had to stand and wait about 30 more minutes. This is not the first time something like this has happened at this location. My advice is to stop at a different location if you want jacks.
First time at this location and second Jack's visit. No different than my first time, very friendly staff and for d cooked to order. Although it's a typical fast food menu, their quality and value seems a lot better than other national chains. The interior of the store was clean and not a crowded order area as some places are like. The prices for what you get can't be beat. Will definitely be returning more often.
Jack's is great! Their Ice cream is so delightful!!! A few flavors too? you don't just have the basic 1, 2 lucky for 3 flavors.? Great food... Fast and friendly clean service! ?‼️?
Jacks on shorter ave, needs big improvement.Went thru the drive thru, order a combo, got home with my food.Everything was cold.The hamburger Appeared to be old, and over cooked.Employees playin while getting my food.I WANT MY MONEY BACK!! PERIOD!! The food was a waste.Needs better management.
Generally, we have at least a decent experience which is why I rate currently at 3 stars. Its close to the school and the youngest always wants a snack when he gets out so we swing in often. The last time we went the food was old. There's no denying it. We ordered over $50 in food for a small group. Got to the house and the "large" sides werent even enough for 2 people. There was about 12 green beans. Yup, my kid counted them. We ordered MP and fries and then an additional "boatload" of fries. 1 scoop of MP and both fries were the same size and were less than halfway filled. I called the restaurant at this point and he stated it was old grease and those are the normal sizes they just had to use other containers because they were out of the correct ones. While I get supply is hard to come by and no one should be faulted for that... a large side should still be a large side. If your grease is that old that it's turning your chicken black... probably shouldn't be selling that chicken anyway. He went on to say that he was changing the grease now and would replace the bone in chicken only (because, surprisingly, the tenders weren't black). Since the 1st batch was truly not edible I took what I could get and drove back for the replacement. I was thankful for that much either way. Got the chicken and I can 100% guarantee it was the same oil. Chicken was dark and not the normal color. Either way, it was freshly cooked and hot which is more than i can say for the last batch. We ended up going to another place to grab the sides and I took that as a loss. Oh well, lesson learned. Jack's has been a go to. I truly hope that the food quality (and quantity!) comes back up.
Very disappointed. Burger was dry and their soda machines were out of order throughout the whole establishment. The tea containers looked like they have never been cleaned. Will not be coming back. We use to really live this place. It has truly went downhill. The place was nasty. If I could give zero stats I would.
Went in just almost breakfast was almost over. They was out of Grits. But they made it up to us. We LOVE JACK'S BREAKFAST!!
Send like every time we go now out good is always cold. We used to love going there for supper.. but it has gotten ridiculous with the quality of the food..
Usually good service. They forgot my drink. They had no grits and said they were gonna replace them with hashbrowns which they did not on 2 orders.
Fast place to grab a meal meat two vegetables and bread for seven dollars.
