Drive thru was closed for one. The 3 employees that were working the day we went were talking and ignoring the customers for two. The manager that was there finally came out of the office and made them get to work but they pretty much ignored her. The food was slow to arrive. The place smelled rancid. A guy was moping but he must have been mopping with sour dirty water.
Didn't tie up or even try to close my bag of ice. I didn't know, so when I put it in the seat, it fell over and spilled ice everywhere. I also didn't receive my change back, and didn't get a straw for my drink.
Great friendly service and fast service. Food was hot, fresh, and delicious. A great go to for breakfast
I gave this Jack's one star because the manager is completely rude. I just called to ask a question about a menu item and was scoffed at and hung up on. I called back to speak to a manager about her demeanor, a different female answered, I asked to speak to the manager and the rude female got back on the phone and said, "Oh how sweet, you called back just to tell me how rude I am; if I'm so rude why don't you come up here, get a job, and take mine."I tried to go to the website and make a complaint; however, it errored out and wouldn't let me select a location.
This place is Awesome to me really good chicken and green beans.. lol!.. to each his own. Hope you all enjoy as much as I.
Decent quality with a more versatile menu than most fast food. There are waits at times, but not bad. The service is quite good. Online ordering is unreliable at times resulting in a wait for pickup. Always order light ice- the machines fill the cup with dense ice and leaves little room for your beverage.
The Jack's in Armuchee is great! Very nice employees that actually get the order right and fresh, hot food. You can buy their ice by the bag!! Plus if you go through the drive thru, you might be greeted by a chicken pecking around by the order board.
Definitely looks nothing like the picture posted. This is what they’re serving, therefore this is what should be posted just so you know what you’re paying for. I understand the items will not be picture perfect but this is not even remotely close, but I was expected to pay the price of what was advertised. Also complained to manager on duty which didn’t even bother to remake and satisfy the customer. Epic failure, definitely not chik-fil-a quality nor customer service.
Jack's in Armuchee Ga started out so strong but recently has gone downhill pretty quick. They forgot my order completely yesterday at around 2 or 3 pm. Manager acted as if she had no clue what was going on, although she was polite. Burger was dried out and fries were cold. Tea was fantastic though!
I love Jack's. They are always nice, the food is always good, and the shakes are even better!! Great place to eat.
