What a really nice dining experience. The chef makes the food right in front of you. The food is fantastic!!!
Best food anywhere. My 3 grandkids loved it. The chefs are so funny and it sure makes a meal better shared.
Some of the rudest waitstaff ever.They’ve increased their prices and made the portions smaller.The waitress did not refill our drinks or even visit the table until the chef had already finished cooking and everyone was finished eating. I asked for a to go cup for my full drink, and was told “we don’t give those out anymore”. I asked the waitress why and was met with a rude response and she had the worst attitude. Instead of simply answering, she said “ it’s not my policy” and walked away. Another guest asked if they could buy a cup and she didn’t know. She came back with a cup and took their check away to add .50 for the cup to the check. It was a ridiculous situation for a .50 cup. I would’ve paid .50 for the cup if I was told that was the case, like it is .50 for to go sauces. But she was rude and did a poor job of explaining the situation. The food was overall good and the chef did a nice job, but I’m not sure we’ll be back. I’ve come to expect bad service from Ichiban, but this was beyond just inattentive staff.
Food was mediocre, but not the worst part. Upset that I had to pay $6.50 sitting fee being that my boyfriend didn’t order because they were out of sushi, since their sushi chef was out for the day. I feel that it should have been posted at the front of the door or at least notify customers being that the whole back of their menu is sushi. Why should customers pay $6.50 for simply just sitting there when you cannot provide the food on your menu?
FYI if you have a party of 5 or more they add 18% tip automatically. I am ok with that, but the waiter took our order and never saw him again had to ask for refills to go plates . Sorry service then surprised by the added tip. I WONT BE BACK
GREAT local eatery I've been happy to stop by many times for lunch. Sushi is always good and the Yakisoba is ready fast when I need to duck in and duck out. Always pleasant and courteous wait staff, nice atmosphere, good prices.
We went for my son’s birthday. The chef was excellent and put on a wonderful show and the food was awesome! Highly recommend!
Ordered takeout. Good flavor except I ordered my steak medium.... It was VERY overcooked. The chicken was dry. The shrimp were ok, also overcooked. But for $30 I expected more. The veggies and fried rice were pretty good.
We’ve always come to this place and enjoy the food and it’s one of our favorite place to come eat. Today we experience a horrible costumer service from the start our server did not understood our order and misplaced our order. After we received our check we said that it was wrong and to fix but they started arguing and threatened us to call the cops. The server Edith rudely started cussing out and told my dad to shut up out of nowhere and continue saying that she was going to call the cops and on top of that she wanted to fight us. Great food but HORRIBLE costumer service. MANAGER NOT ON DUTY
I would give it 0 stars if it let me. One of the very worse meals I have had. We drove from Cartersville because it use to be good but not any more. Last time was bad I figured off night but this time was even worse. Fried Rice was very bland , shrimp was over cooked, steak was over cooked and tough , chicken was like eating cardboard and no entrainment from chef and they add 18 percent tip on the check. I promise I will not be going back I could have ate at Waffle House for cheaper and probably better it was no where worth $70
