If I could give a negative ⭐ I would. I have never in my life had a worse experience at a restaurant. I can understand that there was only 1 cook and 1 server but after 2 hours of waiting for food and only getting a third of it. I sat and watched my entire family receive their meals in 20 minute increments half of which was cold and had to be reheated. After 2 hours I still had not received my own food. The only other family that was there arrived 30 minutes after we did. After waiting the two hours we just asked for boxes. Upon departure the cook asked us what was all missing and we informed him and let the server know just to take it off the check, Once that was stated the server had informed us that these items were not available that they were out of them. Which would have been more useful to know ahead of time so we could possibly substitute these items out or order something different entirely. Once our server swiped our credit card she proceeded to tell us that the card was declined even though we received a notification that the card went through and the balance was paid she took the receipt that the machine printed out and threw it away and attempted to swipe the card again stating that there was an error in her system. At that time the next shift person had come in and did a reprint on the receipt and seen that it did go through. To make this experience much worse we had brought a friend with us to celebrate her birthday. I will never in my life return to this Huddle House.
This location was directly beside my hotel, otherwise I would have never considered a Huddle House as a place to eat. I had never tried it before but this location is great. It is set up very much like a normal Waffle House but in my opinion, it is better.Employees are friendly and talkative. The food is very good, service is reasonably fast considering I was there when it was busy. I ate there twice during my stay in the hotel and both times the food was great.
It's a standard Huddle House. I think they were training new staff and were a little slower than usual but that can be understood and expected. Our orders were delivered fairly quick and correct, with the exception of my wife finding two hairs in her hash browns. Needless to say, she didn't finish it and we left. Unsure if we will return to this location although we tend to like Huddle House over Waffle House.
Food was amazing and the service was the same... I will definitely be coming here again..
Brandy made it one of the best breakfasts ever. This store is understaffed for a weekend, but Brandy made it happen for us.. I will be back!
Very clean restaurant with spotless restrooms, very nice efficient staff and very good food. The employees make the place though they are absolutely amazing.
Before I start I want to say there was only 2 tables with people at it. 5 crew members. One decided to go out and smoke. The others just chatted. We were sitting here for 25 minutes before someone finally saw us. She came over very apologetic took our order. Now another 30 minutes have passed and we are still waiting for our food. If you have nothing to do then sure I reckon you can come and wait. This food better be amazing or I will NEVER come back to this location.
Hands down worse service I have ever had!! Just left there with my family. There where like 7 people behind the counter and we seat down and waited for a menu or even someone to look at us as they passed. 10 mins went by with not one of them saying anything. The looked up at us and still never even bothered asking or giving us a menu or a drink. They even watched us get up and leave and just shrugged. I looked to see and everyone had gotten their food. Not at all where I would advance going to eat again.
5 crew members, barely full with customers and it took 30+ minutes for a waitress to acknowledge us. Should have walked out after 10. Will not be coming back
I actually enjoyed this unplanned visit! The workers are amazing, there was only two! My food was hot and fresh! I know it's hard to do with just two employees, but it could have been cleaner. Good atmosphere, good people working there with great attitudes in the midst of a PANDEMIC!
