I rarely leave reviews, but my experiences with this Hardee's are always so pleasant I felt I had to share this. Michael who I normally see in the drive-through is always very nice and truly is service with a smile! They do a great job here and is one of the better fast food places in Rome when it comes to the service. Every time I have been here the staff, no matter who it is that serves me, are always very nice and do a great job!
Terrible service. The waitress was extremely rude and treated each customer like they were getting on her nerves. I'm so tired of these places allowing terrible customer service to stand and blaming it always on COVID. Get over it. It is MANAGEMENTS responsibility to get courteous and respectful employees and ultimately, the failure is that of the leadership team if they continue to let poor customer service continue.
The best Hardee I've had in a long time
Haven't been to a Hardee's in 10 years, I drive up to the drive-thru excited to try something I loved as a kid. Only to be greeted by Chris the manager who delivered answers to my questions with short pompous responses that borderlined condescension. I asked if I could speak with the owners of this location or their a number to log a complaint. He sat there for 3 minutes on his phone only to look back at me and says I think there's something on a website. I hope the owners of this location see this because I would not want a gentleman like that representing my organization
Waited 45 minutes on our food and finally just got our money back. We were the ONLY customers in the building. Left hungry

Went to this place to get lunch today, it was good and all.
I visited this Hardee’s 1/28/22 @ 5:28 pmI went though the drive through. I have never had a meal here but I had two coupons so why not?I was greeted professionally, I explained I had coupons for 1/3 pound Angus burger & one for a hand breaded chicken sandwich.When I ordered some fries ? the gentleman actually asked me if I wanted salt left off, wow never been asked this! & I choose no salt as we all know it can be added yourself if needed.At the window the young lady was very polite, asked what I needed with order? Of course naps & ketchup.When I arrived home I was presently surprised the food was fresh , fries no salt, & mustard left off burger as requested.I will be returning here to eat again! Also chicken sandwich was juicy, not salty, very tasty & big!I highly recommend this establishment, they are trying very hard to please their customers.I will return again & follow up with a different order. This place is a gem!-Dubywah

If you always want fresh, delicious food and Wonderful customer service from the lovely ladies there, this is your go to!!! Everything is delicious and best crispy fries which is hard to come by ☺️ the young lady cashier that helped me tonight at the counter(this was 12/2/21 at 7:50-8:00pm) is always so sweet and makes sure I have everything I need for my order!!!! 1000 stars Hardee's keep up the good work ❤️??
