The food is great. It's fast food Italian, service is good and nice ambiance.
We had an excellent experience at this location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food came out timely and fresh. Restaurant was clean and bright. If we're ever travelling through again, we'd give it a try again.
This was my first time ever having Fazoli’s, and I was very impressed! The lasagna was delicious, and I also enjoyed the breadsticks and loaded fettuccine (not pictured). I’ll be sure to come back very soon!
My family of 4 ate here, my boyfriend was not pleased with the service or the cleanliness of the people giving service. When receiving our order there were a few mess ups to the chicken fettuccine Alfredo plate, we did not get our breadsticks, we were constantly bothered by employees coming to our table asking numerous questions about our visit. The food looked well in appearance, tasted OK …just wasn’t a great visit on our first visit. And the fly’s were ridiculous. One more thing, the staff put food on my plate that I requested them not to while ordering , Had I been allergic to anything they had added to my plate it would’ve been bad.
Fazoli's is a GREAT place to go for lunch or dinner! The food is hot and delicious! Fazoli's offers never ending delicious, hot bread sticks to enjoy with your meal. They have a great $6 lunch special, with assorted choices. Check out Fazoli's, when you are in the area. It's becoming a popular place to get a great deal!
Long wait, no plastic ware, price not as posted on menu!! I got chicken parm...chicken and cheese topping good. Plenty of spaghetti BUT Only a spot of sauce. Couldn’t begin to even get some on all the noodles just to change their color not alone give some moisture and flavor! It was pretty much like breaded chicken with plain noodles. So good when they first opened. I’m sad to see this.
Sherri is amazing! She seems to care about people, and is very upbeat. Food was very good, and amazing service.
We got the family meal to go & the breadsticks looked like somebody put them in a bag with their feet. Uncaring, unprofessional & down right terrible customer service.

I don't like to write anything negative but it is a regular occurrence for them to not do an order in the take out line correctly. They forgot the marinara that went with the order of fried mozzarella skewers and I asked for them to do the baked ziti with sausage not spicy. It came spicy. Spicy food most of the time requires me to take a handful of benadryl to deal with the affects
