The drive-thru people need to learn how to take orders and listen. I told the girl three different times what I ordered and she still did not know what I was ordering. Had to go in and try to get it she gave me the wrong thing again. Spoke with a manager she knew it was a misunderstanding I wasn't mad at her I was mad at her employees at her high school kids that need to learn how to take an order or go get a regular easier job that where they can follow directions

The only good thing about this place is one employee. The management is not very welcoming to customers and even more they seem to be disrespectful to their employees. The food takes forever to be made and is subpar. For how much DQ charges for ice cream, you’d think they would put toppings in their blizzards!!. I don’t know why I get charged extra for cups of water and extra dressings. I will never recommend this DQ to anyone.
