Very poor service! I stood in line forever listening to the employees talking about what kind of alcohol they liked and how much the loved to party before I kindly made enough noise for someone to look and see that I was standing there! The food was cold, the drink station was a total mess, there were no tea, and line drive thru line was out to the road! Won't be eating here anytime soon!
Cookout never fails me. I just love their BBQ . The plates are a great deal for the money. I enjoy chicken or bacon wraps as my sides. Oh my gosh the Cheer Wine in their crushed ice is just too good to be true.It is though. You must give it a try. It will notDisapoint..I wish there was one closer to me. Enjoy.
I’ve been here a few times without any issues but this time wasn’t that great. My husband has never been to a Cookout and he likely won’t go back. They forgot to put our food order in so we were sitting there 20 minutes wondering what was up. They got it ready quickly but they put mayo on the sandwich when we asked for it to be left off. My husband had to wait for them to make another one. And we ordered onion rings as a side and I think we got 3. I feel like after everything they should have offered us something for free but…nope.
I come here all the time and eat. Lastnight when I got off work me and my mom decided to come and get us some hamburgers. The line was backed out to the road (they got everyone through fairly quickly). When we got home our hamburgers where still very pink on the inside to the point we ended up feeding them to our cats. This is not the first time this has happened either. They need to worry a little less about moving everyone through super quick and worry a little more about the food being done before they give someone food poisoning.
Hamburger (all the way) is one of the best take outs ever!! My 7 year old Autistic son LOVED the fries and my onion rings were perfect. We will DEFINITELY be going back!
Visited late in the evening on a Sunday night. The line was veryyy backed up. They forgot several items we ordered and that was disappointing considering how long we had to wait to begin with. The food was mediocre and i felt skimped on portions. I feel like I would've gotten better quality food at Sonics down the street.
You know your current mood can have a tremendous impact on any dining experience. I am a big fan of Cook Out, but today it didn't strike me just right. The chili on my cook out style burger and hot dog seemed old and almost burnt. The onion rings also fell flat on flavor.One thing that was definitely not influenced by my mood was the lack of attention to the cleanliness of the restrooms.It's a fact, we all have bad days. Today was one that I shared with Cook Out in Rome Ga.
Food is decent to good, but if you walk in, prepare for a 5 min wait before anyone ever notices you are there. This is a consistent issue to this location. You will see several people, and some of them will see you, but no one will tell anyone a customer is waiting.
Love the food, but a little slow on taking orders
This chilli on this hotdogs is so badly burned I lost my sense of taste. Literally reeks from the bag. You can't call the restaurant you have no posted number but I swear also smells better when you open the can. I called the 800 number and I don't want vouchers. I'm at a work now for 12 hours with no food. For that matter you didn't even ask my name. Avoid this place at all cost
