I used to love this place and I would go at least once a week. I always got a chicken bowl or half chicken and half steak bowl, and everyone was always so nice. However, this is the second time I’ve gotten food poisoning from this location. The first time was not too severe so I thought it was a fluke, but this last time, it was severe. I don’t know what they are or aren’t doing but if this has happened to me twice AND my brother twice, it’s obviously not a one time deal. I’ve quite literally never had an experience like this from anywhere else in my life. To say I am upset would be an understatement.
1st time ever eating Chipotle. They night shift manager was very pleasant and helpful. She was very patient with me. Will go again. I had dinner for 3nights off 1bowl lol??♀️
Some server fix it as if they are eating it less food my bowl didn't have much but other people had more that was in front. Little people stop make people food as if you ate eating it a little more please, thank you.
I have only eaten here a couple of times but something that would be tremendously helpful would be to identify spicy hot food on the menu. I don't like spicy food and my meal was ruined because of it. After searching on Google I discovered that the steak is the hottest meat they serve. Had I known that I would have ordered the carnitas pork which is the least spicy. A lot of restaurants indicate hot and spicy ? on their menus and Chipotle should follow suit.
Great Location!!!! Great Staff!!!!! Great Manager!!!I screwed up on the mobile app an ordered my food from the wrong store. I plan on having to pick up my food and discovering I had ordered it from the wrong store, the manager took care of me and made my order instead of me having to go through the time of getting a refund at the Cartersville store and reordering it here on the mobile app. I would recommend this store to anyone. A truly great experience!!!!
This place has very fresh, excellent Mexican food. They will put whatever you want in any of there food. One of my favorite places to eat!!!
What a horrible experience. Literally wouldn't reccomend to anyone. Food was overpriced and old. Stale and salty chips, runny sour cream, and rude employees. I didn't even know you could mess up beans, but those were the worst I've ever had in my life. If I could give no stars I really would. Please don't waste your time or money at this location.
Food was awful and tasted old. Queso was worst in taste and texture.
got the wrong food. When I called the store I was told no one at the store can take a complaint or fix an order. She told to call an 800 number but qasnt sure what that number was..... asked for a manager and was told no manager was there at 7 PM.... how does a restaurant survive like that?
Food was delicious and service was great. Only giving it four stars because they were out of Barbacoa and Carnitas. But the chicken turned out to be delicious
