Pretty good, the best Chili's experience in a while. My wife and I both got a 10 oz sirloin and one was twice as thick as the other. It would be better with consistent quality, but other than that - good times.

I have to say a huge Thank you to our Rome's Chili's!!! They went above and beyond for my 16 year olds birthday dinner. We had a party of 31 and our experience could not have been better. You told us our table would be ready at 4 and by 4:05 we were all seated. We got our food quick, service was top notch, and we were done in less then 2 hours including serving our birthday cake and opening gifts. Thank you for such an awesome job!!!
Food temperatures were cold. Server was nice and had nothing to do with it. He credited us for our troubles. Great service but the kitchen needs to check temps.
We love Chili's & our gran son loves the chicken fingers & also we tried the cheese fries for starter & we all liked them.
We had a great experience last night. We arrived admittedly late, but our server was very courteous. Our food came out very quickly, but he never made us feel rushed. He was very pleasant!
We usually LOVE this place! Well after last night not so much. Ordered online and ready time was 7:07pm. Got there checked in and literally waited 24 minutes after the time. People were coming and going coming and going. The server came out and took our food to the car next to us.. We spoke up and said it's our food. well, long story short, it was a horrible experience and our food was cold. My bf said we won't go back for awhile
Loved it!! Celebration of my bday today. Wasn’t to pleased with the Bahama Mama I asked for. The bartender had to google the recipe lol but oh well!! Other than that good was awesome and the waitress was nice!!
