This last time was the worst experience ever ,order was supposed to be ready at 5:30 ; got there at 5:43 wasn’t ready ; then order wasn’t correct and had to go back in to fix order , broccoli salad was dry : no apology for order not being ready
The food is always great, always plenty of friendly employee's,the restaurant is always spotless,we always enjoy our visit

The food is fabulous. I love the beautiful restaurant, and myself being a garden lover, enjoyed the courtyard and lovely plants and flowers.
Wonderful sandwiches I love the sides big portions and the quality hasn't suffered after covid as with most restaurants. Especially it being summer a light sandwich is never a bad choice but one thing's for certain, you have to try the mac and cheese! PS thanks for the cookie that you include, they are delicious!
What an oasis in the middle of the city! A shady courtyard greets you as you come into the restaurant, there is outdoor seating in this shady spot as well as indoor seating with a casual but upscale vibe. The food is delicious and well presented. It is a bit pricey but worth it. Every meal is finished with an iced sugar cookie.
CSC has such a cute & cozy atmosphere. Service was good for it to be so packed. The food.. even better. The classic BLT w/ Fancy Nancy on it toasted was delish. Also had tortilla soup on the side with crackers, pickle & cookies. Topped it off with strawberry lemonade. All together it was $12.50. Will definitely go back & try something different. The drive thru was full the whole time I was inside.
Not sure what to think about this place only been 2 times. From the look of these reviews though, it doesn't look like the company cares to resolve issues. I see they only respond to the comments they prefer. They have commenting blocked I assume. That's wierd. So I am not sure what to say at this point but. Not a fan, but nothing negative to say either. The Owner really should look into the concerns of the customers. Especially if it can effect their business.
Orders are wrong about half the time. The store inside Redmond can't figure out how to sell just a 1/4 pound of chicken salad.
Worst customer service today usually great but had to wait for just one item for 30 plus minutes the cashier and people behind the counter where very rude
