I'm severely allergic to onions and Everytime I order no onions, there is ALWAYS onions on my food. Thank God I always check my food before I eat it.

They're always rude and honestly seem like they all hate their jobs based on their demeanor.The customer service is terrible.My fiance and I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 orders of the 2 for $5 meals which comes with a small drink and small fry.We came home and realized that we were missing 2 sandwiches, so I called and let them know that I was not given a receipt but I did tell them exactly what we ordered and exactly what were missing.When I spoke to who claimed to be the general manager which who's name is Rebecca she immediately got defensive and said she remembered exactly what she put in the bag and told me she'd only give me 1 sandwich out of the 2 I was missing.I work as a customer service representative and that is not what you say when someone had waited in the drive thru line for at least 10 minutes, spent $22 dollars and waited 8 minutes for their food which wasn't even hot.I told her that it was clear she didn't know exactly what she put in the bag considering I was missing 2 sandwiches, which was the reason I had called to begin with. She proceeded to say she wasn't going to argue with me and then she that I could come get my 2 sandwiches tomorrow as they were closed at the time.The whole conversation was unprofessional. I won't be back.
