First time here. I had a couple of special order needs and wondered if they would get it right and surprisingly they did. Very friendly staff and took the time to make sure it was done right. Store seems clean and well kept for lunch time. I will definitely be back for more visits and orders in the future.
I love it but I have the same problem with the restaurants NO ONIONSNo matter how much I say I'm allergic I still end up with it on my food.
The driver-thru operator, Claire Roberts, was amazing! Best personality and so much patience when I made a mess out of ordering. I used to be a BK manager and would have loved to had 20 of her on my staff! I had a large order and everything was fresh and correct. Very refreshing to receive service like this these days.
The Burger King on Shorter Ave. , Rome , Georgia is clean and staffed with courteous employees who are quick to serve your order . The drive thru is fast moving and if you prefer to dine inside it is clean as well as comfortable.
We have always loved Burger King their hamburgers are great we ordered the Big King but for some reason we got a really small hamburger it could have not been the Big King they had them on sale 2 for $5 we were very disappointed
Workers clearly hated their jobs. My food ended up going out the drive through window and had to be remade. I waited 10 minutes to place my order as the only one dining in. Ordered 2 burgers and a nugget and was told I couldn't get more than one sauce because I "didn't order enough food" our 2 milkshakes only one had whipped cream and our burgers were wrong.
The meat is never fresh, I am a VEGAN,and I asked for the impossible burger,but was given a regular Whopper instead,as if I wouldn't know the difference,so I had to throw it away!! Whenever I ask for the impossible burger? It's always wrong, especially when I ask for it to be plain,w/ only lettuce, tomato and pickle,they still put the onion and mayonnaise on it! I'm very disappointed in Burger King,and they have lost my business,as well as others who've complained!!! Not satisfied with their business at all...A 10.00 meal gone to waste,and I refuse to spend my hard earned money on a meal,that isn't the way I asked!!!
Very disappointed with this burger king,,had been craving a burger from them for days, me and my daughter ordered two whopper Jr's,one with extra pickles and the other with cheese and a small fry, pulled around,paid for our order,got our food and parked in a parking spot on the side of the building, my daughter pulled out the fries and took a bite out of one and it was cold, I said alright I'll let that pass,took out our burgers,her cheese was not melted(just pulled out of the cold)our buns were not toasted,,thought it was supposed to be microwaved after being put together,before it goes under the heat lamp and before it's put in the bag to be given to the customers....I pulled around and talked to the manager Francis and she told me that she was short handed and that there was only three employees there today...first off we went around 3pm in the afternoon on a Sunday,,there was one car ahead of me and one behind me and nobody in the dinning room,,not busy at all...I told her regardless of the problem the quality of my food shouldn't be a issue in a fast food burger king....And to top it off burger king..your meat is smaller than the bread, there needs to be a equal ratio of meat, bread, lettuce etc....Don't know what Francis spends her money on but I like to get my money's worth,didn't get it here today burger king,,you sucked today!!!!
We asked to have our impossible whopper cut in half. It was more like two thirds and one third. The coke zero wasn't even coke. It was carbonated water. No syrup.
I got the impossible whopper with cheese two times here and both times it was burnt. Burger King is the only place in my area that has a vegetarian fast-food burger and it being burnt upset me very much.
