Left out the main part of the order ~ the chicken. Then very very rude when I went back to retrieve the chicken ~ where has the customer service in our world fine????
My kids love eating here.. but the past 2 times we have came the orders were wrong they do not answer the phone and the dine in doors are locked so I had to go to the drive thru window... the cashier is very rude not friendly at all I wouldn't even rate this place a 1 but it wouldn't let me do a 0.... we will take our business to a different location. I do not recommend this location at all!!!! Even our sweet teas tasted sour.... no seasonings on the fries nothing...
I have always loved this Bojangles but the past few times I have been to this location the help is always so rude! What happened to the customer service that I always remember receiving from this location ! The first few times this happened me and my daughter both just let it go but after having the window slammed in my face not once but twice today as my food is thrown out the window and slammed shut without a single word said to me no thank you no come again no anything just a slamming window and a back immediately turned to me! I will just go elsewhere from now on because I’m not going to spend my money or my gas to be treated this way I will just go to the Gravy Boat instead!!
I went to get 2 salads for my fiance and I. The order taker first acted as if she had no clue what I was talking about. I asked for extra chicken and extra salad dressing. I didn't receive either. When we opened our salads there were huge slices of tomatoes not even cut up like a normal person would do. And when I say huge I mean HUGE. We were so upset about it. Will not be returning
The older lady at the window is rude she looked miserable...she basically threw my bag at me she better be glad I respect ny elders but if you hate your job that much juss quit if you don't like working with other people then your in the wrong business!!!!
My husband ordered 2 steak biscuits and this is the second time he wasn't able to eat the food because the biscuits are so hard. And he said the steak was not hot at all smh
i got a sauage,egg, and cheese biscuit this morning, and the egg was very cold , the biscuit was falling apart but the sauage was good, also at 4.26 the biscuit is over priced.
Waited for a real long time while 5 or 6 employees were laughing and milking the clock. Alot of drive thru business have went bad because of sorry employees
Terrible, can't even get an order right, 3 times in a row each different day. Bye that's what my breakfast sandwich looked like, I took the bite of course. Welcome to life after COVID-19. Shame what we've become...
They have the best fries and their grilled chicken sandwiches areFreking great!!!
